Zero class property 3 star i paid approx 6000 rs for per room my biggest mistake to book it with you.

Everything is good except the room's ambience & decor it's not worth per day. i had paid for 2 nights with breakfast. photos are not helping any more. 3 star property charging more than it's not worth it.good thing food and staff is good

Stay was average because hotel is charging a hefty amount although the rooms and wash room requires renovation. Even the stair case of the swimming pool was not fastened properly due to broken tiles. Room service is slow. Breakfast was fine and the staff therein was cooperative.

We have booked this hotel due to heated swimming pool but moment we reached there and visited pool it was stinking badly that you can't even think to go inside. We have booked super deluxe room with bath tub but the tub is also broken, shower was also not working. Even after requesting at the reception they didn't change our room and said that they have only this room. Breakfast buffet was very limited and taste was really average that my kids don't want to eat much, dinner buffet is good.

Very disappointing. Not at all 3 star hotel. Bathrooms are not clean. Door of our room was not working properly. We ordered rice, manturian. Both were very bad. They denied to serve milk at night tym. Swimming pool waster was so chilled. Temprature was not maintained. Staff was good.

This property is located at tara devi station and it is very far from mall road approx 8kms. Taxi charges will cost 500 rs one side and if your are lucky to get ride in train then it will cost you less than but timing will be 1 hr approx. My rating to hotel hygiene is 1 star reason the pillows, mattress were stinking and bathrooms water was leaking due to which bathroom floor was full of water. Hotel staff are good and supportive.

Overall average stay, hotel staff are really nice and pleasant. Price are bit over rates for the quality of the room.

Hotel is clean, but food is avg and also not much aminities. For the price they offered it was over priced

Total hygiene. Food was very nice parking was very huge. Swimming pool was very nice. Staff was very well behaved. Wash room were well cleaned. Reception staff was very well behaved with nice first aid kit.

The parking personel was very friendly and polite. The staff at the hotel were okay in terms of service. Nope

It is very near to taradevi railway station, you can see entire shimla through the balcony, staff is very supportive and hygiene maintenance is up to the mark.

Room temperature during day is very high and it was difficult to stay inside the room after 9am. Also suffocation was there due to high temperature.

Overall the stay was good, service was good, food price was very economical. For 4k a night expected much newer rooms as flooring/mat were old and needs to be replaced. Overall, a decent stay and if rooms are revamped, would be great.

Room was excellent. All the staff were very supportive and helpful. Service was excellent. Go for it.

Stay was comfortable for most of the time. Services are good. Staff is friendly. Only one glitch- we found a live centipede in the bed mattress. Many members went crazy after this and were afraid to sleep in the bed.

Overpriced property, remote location from mall road. Rooms are spacious but with terrible cleanings, stains all over the room. Blankets/quilt seems not cleaned since ages. Not happy with my stay at this property.

The view from the room was awesome. The location is safe. The hotel is very close to Mall road. Everything was fine.
