Leaking tap, dusty bed sheets, loud mouthed lady but gentle elderly person ), running water issues, congested lanes, difficult to get a transportation, situated in narrow lanes.

soloIt was easy to find the location but you will not get autos/cab that easily if its a pick up location. You have to go to the main road 200-300meter. The guy who was the incharge there was least helpful, zero communication, ignorant and non responsive to calls or even in person. This became an issue during the night when i was having fever and i asked him to bring the medicines to the room which i had ordered online. Nd the next following nights when i had orderd dinner from zomato. The room was spacious but extremely smelly including the bedsheets, and kambal. Because of this I slept on sofa for 3 days. Well on asking for room freshner he did bring and used it. There was breakfast for day 1 and the kid and lady were very kind to give in to the room and it was good. Also, there drinking water available there was unhygienic. I had to buy 4litres of Bisleri during the stay.

They are behave good. All facility available. The host arbaz is also a good informative. Transport is also available there. Gathering and noise free locality. Only the weakpoint is the building is old. Sorry no image captured.

I travel-led here from 28nov to 30nov and this is what is experienced. Rooms are good but bathrooms are terrible. Geyser is not working, i changed my room twice. But still my geyser is not working. Water is not coming 24hours every morning i need to call owner or the care taker complaining about water. In room no 4, tv is also not working properly. Food is good but even after taking including breakfast option here owner charged us for breakfast. I do not recommend anyone to stay here with their groups and specially not with their family.

Rooms are big, washroom clean, there's option to order lunch breakfast as well prepared by hotel staff, Taj Mahal and Agra Fort is within 1 KM, surrounded by golf course hence away from city traffic noise.
