the service was good. I went with 6 of my friends and we had a really fun time.

Fan is not working on room.. Ac not working.... room is so dirty.. bathroom is so small.. hotel didn't provide any towel and soap..

The food is good and the green is also good all over my stay is good 👍 nice to stay with family and friends

general Manager is extremely helpful,food is awesome, ambience is really beautiful and for people who are seeking peace and want to see Forests beauty are welcomed here

Poor service , no maintenance , no locks in room and toilets , waste resort location is way far not satisfied at all

I was denied check in. Despite informing both owner and makemytrip that i will be late. I was with my wife. I was left stranded at night. We paid entire amount at booking. When i reached hotel. Only guard was there who ran away. Despite calling makemytrip, we weren't given check in as phone of owner was switched off. It was harassment of highest level. There should be 100% refund and compensation for harassment. The property should blacklisted.

Hotel is 20 km away from city, you have to purchase everything from hotel, like tea 30 rs. Room is used by some one, blue colour bed sheet with stains, dogs taking food infront of rooms. Ant is full in room. Bathroom is full of bad smells. Forced them to change the white bed cover. They given us blue bed cover. Not matching with photo. Called mm t, thanks them to changed everything.

Despite high rent rooms lacked basic facilities like dth not working, toiletries not provided, no mini fridge, no tea making kit etc etc. Also the manager at reception charged me extra for non veg meal despite package. Swimming pool is also charged like rs 200 per person
