SUMA Adventure and Resort

Easy to reach and good property. The room allocated to me was spacious with extra small room attached. Very nice view. I was about to feel so good but then the unwanted thing happened. Staff did not check the bedsheets before i checked in. I guess the bedsheets and pillow cover were not even changed. It was full of dust and bedbugs. We checked in late so did not enter in to bed until we decided to sleep in night. When i picked up the cover sheet i saw lots of dust, bugs inside the sheet. I immediately called the housekeeping and shown them the condition. Staff was very helpful and attentive. They apologized for the mishap and quickly changed the entire setup of sheets from all the beds and pillows with fresh washed one. Food was good, reasonable price. Lots of attraction inside the campus but we were there for only 1 day so had no chance to experience all. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was also good. Room has team coffee maker so that was advantage. Ac was good. Hot cold water was provided without any issue. Single bottle water of 1 ltr per day is not sufficient for two adults. We had to buy two more bottles and those were charged. Room service was good and quick. Overall except that bed mishap i enjoyed the stay. My daughter also loved the place because of nice water body view direct from the balcony.

Location: 12-13 kms (20-25 mins) from city centre but at very serene location on banks of lake. In them midst of nature with mountains, lake, trees, birds. Also sum a vineyards are 20-25 mins distance from there. Food: quality wad really good, all the dishes were really tasty and no too spicy with proper taste. Resort: is having all the basic amenities like swimming pool, slider for kids. Biggest usp was adventure and fun activities like go carting, zip line, atv rides and others and 90% of then are in working condition. Timing for adventure and fun activities is 10 am to 6 pm. Each activities have different price ranging from 100 rs to 300 rs per person. Services: all the staff was cooperative. Specially mr. Hasan from housekeeping team has taken very good care and up to the mark every time. Rooms: size little bit small but not big problem, has direct pool outside to room and direct approach. Beautiful views from room. Washroom and other facilities were also good. 25-30 mins from trimbakeshwar jyotirling temple. On next visit i will definitely stay there considering the location in the nature, far from city chaos, food quality.

The best thing about sum a is its location and views ie. Overseeing the lake with east and north direction hill view. You can see the sunrise lying in your bed also. Although swimming pool and many adventure sports are closed due to covid, still go carting and some indoor games were available for kids. Food is available all day without restriction on lunch and dinner time. Lots of open areas and well maintained lawn gives ample space to play your own games. Only problem area is drinking water supply in rooms, most guests have to wait for an hour or more to get water as staffing is less and rooms are away from restaurants. I almost got dehydrated after a long day when they took 3 hours and 3 reminders to send drinking water. I hope they can solve this problem quickly overall i would recommend anybody for a family getaway.
Although overall guests staying in adjacent rooms maintained social distancing. Hotel allowed guests paying day visits in restaurants and adventure sports area to visit resort and swimming pool areas. Sometime 10-15 people sitting in our sitout area was not acceptable at all.

Pros- 1. Location is easy to find as this SUMA Adventure and Resort is very near to nashik trimbakeshwar road. 2. Hotel room size is decent, access to swimming pool from ground floor rooms is direct. 3. View from room is awesome. 4. Restaurant serves delicious food. 5. Adventure activities are good except go cart cars. Cons- 1. We stayed in room no. 105 & its bathroom drainage had issue, bath water was very slowly draining. 2. Condition of go cart race cars is not good, my wife fortunately escaped from accident as her car's accelerator was working without pressing it continuously.

Rooms are too small for what we are paying. Breakfast was good on sunday, was average on saturday. All adventures rides are on payable basis nothing is including except breakfast. Massager seat was not maintained well. Reverse bungee was a nice experience. Swimming pool water was green, not well maintained, there were hairs, stones in swimming pools. No option for breakfast for kids (jam, bournvita, cornflakes etc was not there) Go carting experience was also good but cart are not well maintained. Staff is well mannered, polite. Rooms were clean. Place was hygienic.

Our family had a great time with all the activities especially the go-cart, billiards, bunjee-rope and zip line. Our 6 year-old enjoyed the claw machine and the playground and so is the swimming pool. We paid 15k+ for 2 rooms with 5 adults and 2 kids. The rooms were not big but didn’t bother us as we were mostly having fun outside. There is hot shower and bathrooms are clean and with complimentary toiletries. I like how the door to the pool area has a screen to keep bugs out of the room. The staff is great and we enjoyed the food here too.

The resort location was perfect for visiting trimbakeshwar temple, sula vines, boat club etc. The resort hospitality was nice and the staff were very cooperative. The best part was the in-house restaurant, food quality was nice. The rooms were average but the view was amazing. I would definitely suggest this resort for staying. You can enjoy adventure activities which is not included in the stay cost. Anyone can do the activities without staying in the resort. You just need to collect the coupon from the reception.

Located on highway with major attractions 30-60 min drive. Good lake + pool view from every room along with balcony. Room was a bit on the smaller side. Complimentary breakfast menu was very average and limited and taste was nothing to talk about. All the games / activities are on paid basis (except carrom, tt and swimming pool. Overall, was expensive for the service provided though the view from room was relaxing.

Main highlight of this resort is swimming pool and food very good service. Specially manager and sourabh is very helpful.

If you're planning a weekend gateway then this is a perfect place. The staff were very helpful and the services provided were great.

The SUMA Adventure and Resort location is good but the property needs a little better look and feel. Adventure sports were operational but have weight limits. Food was average.

It was a pleasant stay, staff was supportive. Good location to visit in monsoon. Kids have enjoyed the adventure activities.

My seven year old daughter went swimming there in the pool it is a big pool there is no indication this is big and this is small please put a board there or put a security person there i am not like this

Best SUMA Adventure and Resort in low price. Feeling welll

Had been there with my family. It was pleasant stay. Food was good. Breakfast options were very less but whatever was served was tasty. The resort is very near to trimbakeshwar temple so one can plan visit there too. Overall good experience.

Stay was very clam, resort has beautiful view. Challenge is location if you dont have your vehicle.

If you are looking for a calm stay away from city traffic and rush, sum a is the place you must look for!

This is a nice property for for couples as well as family. Lake and mountain view from the room is great. Garden swimming pool and adventure and indoor games are good for passing time. Only just the veg menus are comparatively less and bit costly. Overall experience is satisfactory.
