Suman Residency

The Suman Residency is very conveniently located in a quiet and peaceful location. Moreover the area seems quiet safe even at late night particularly due to a medical shop running 24x7 near the Suman Residency. The rooms are quiet big and the beds are also very comfortable and spacious enough. The Suman Residency has a restaurant attached within the premises which makes having lunch and dinner very convenient. Also not to miss out the complimentary morning breakfast. The staff and the services are also quiet professional leaving no room for any complains. Would surely recommend it to anyone travelling to Mangalore.

Room was spacious and very clean but the bathroom was very disappointing. It was stinking and saw many cockroaches all over. Connecting to wifi was always a problem. Though we hardly used it, it used to say we have exceeded the limit etc as the account was shared with few others as well and they had hard limit on consumption. They gave multiple accounts to login almost 7 times in 3 days of stay. That's not a pleasant experience. Except the bathroom which is smaller part of whole, I like the overall experience at Suman Residency.

I stayed in this Suman Residency on 3rd July for a day with two of my friends. The Suman Residency was clean, room were sufficiently big for 3 of us, toilets were clean too and was safe too as we were only girls. The Suman Residency staff were very kind & also helped us even with all the information about places to visit, timings etc. Upon request they gave us even early check-in and even agreed for the late check-out. Overall I give 5star ratings, Budget & customer friendly Suman Residency.

Good Suman Residency for business traveller as well as pilgrims. It is in the heart of city. The only small issue is you hear the traffic noise occasionally since it is on the main road. The restaurant is on the basement and food quality is good. They give tokens for morning breakfast as part of complimentary breakfast but only for adults. For kids, they don't give tokens and you need to pay extra. The rates are reasonsable. Food is served on time. Overall good experience

Booked this Suman Residency through MakeMyTrip. Room was clean, service efficient, good complimentary breakfast. Bathroom was clean. Everything within budget including room service items were reasonably priced. Only concern is limited parking place in front of the Suman Residency. It's not exclusively theirs and can accommodate only 5-6 cars max. So if occupied, you might struggle to park your car. Would definitely prefer it during my next visit.

With MMT discount the Suman Residency stay has value for money. Room allotted was spacious. Location is quite convenient as it is the heart of Mangalore city Staff quite cooperative. The staff was not very helpful in unloading the luggage from the car and also in loading the luggage in the car on depature. Free WiFi provided in the room was not working properly. Breakfast provided was quite good.

I am very happy to stay there it was safe and also sometimes it was noisy and it is easy to locate in Mangalore. That room they gave us is so clean and tidy. Staffs are friendly to there customers. And they are very glad to help you with any kind of problems facing inside the Residency. And also they have a vegetarian Suman Residency also they provide food if you want.

Good Hotel with Clean Rooms, Good Polite Staff, The Hotel is 15 to 20 Mins from the Airport and has all the Shopping Places Nearby, City Center Mall, Spar Shopping Outlet, Harsha's Electronics Store, Milagres Church and many more Main Points. The Staff was polite and the rooms were Clean with AC and Complimentary Breakfast / WiFi was working and with Good Speeds.

Needs cleanliness in bathrooms and also rooms, Suman Residency locality is good, Good staff response when ever called, rates are very competitive, decent food they provide, very noisy if you opt for road side rooms.

Very comfortable stay and close to the place of work in fact walking distance.

Hotel is located at decent place within city, room tariff is also OK not that costly, there is complementary breakfast with few options to choose. Room serivice is also good. Overall good Suman Residency for personal and business stay ...

I stayed with my family for one night. The location is superb. Food is par excellent. Rooms are good and comfortable ., but bathroom is too small. Perhaps this is the only fault I could find. Staff is very courteous. WiFi was working. Car parking was available. Overall, the stay was good.

It was nice and value for money, staff was nice and co-operative, rooms were clean. Location was nice as it was very close to city, overall it was a fab experience and best thing is Suman Residency is relaxing..

This is my first time staying in Suman Residency. Excellent staff and service. Very good vegetarian restaurant. We can get non veg from a near by restaurant. I'm very much happy the overall experience. And will recommend to others. Its in the city center.

Hotel located at Bendoorwell junction, Balmatta is centrally located. 10 minutes from Mangalore Central Station, close to Hampankatta market about 10 minutes. Breakfast is tasty. Hotel has free Wi-Fi. Couple of atms also located in same building. Helped with cash withdrawal.

The location is excellent. Very close to the center and easily accessible to all places of interest. Local autos available outside the Suman Residency. Good restaurant also within walking distance. Taxi from Airport is 500/-. There is a Mall 100 meters away. Churches are 5 minutes walk away.

Good Suman Residency situated in Key location with easy access to many important landmarks

I was there with my mom for two nights. The room is clean spacious, staff is nice. It was a non AC room, but the phone knob was broken. They did offer another room but it was too late into the evening. They said they will fix it but never happened, but overall. It was good comfortable one.

OK. The room for stay to those who have work nearly the Suman Residency.
Good room in size. clean beds and may be 24 hours hot water.
