BathRooms had cockroaches and the rooms had really old mattress. Breakfast options are limited to five items and the cafe where you go to eat, has dirty tables and table cloths seem like they haven’t been washed for ages. This property cannot be given more than 2 stars at best. Location is good.

Not good experience. Cons 1. Very old property. 2. Pathetic bed mattress. Mattress was of dunlop and not spring based. It was so deforned in shape that we were falling on our sides due to slopy mattress. 3. Intercom was not working, mobile no written on it was also partially wiped. 4. Food quality was very bad. We did not even ate breakfast even after paying for it. 5. Very bad service, room service not good. 6. Indo western comode. Pros Good view from room

View from hotel is amazing. Food is also good . But all other amenities are below average. Staff and manager are very helpful.

The hotel is one of the best in kausani. Has amazing view and the staff is very sweet. The rooms were very clean.

The resort is located at an excellent location, with nice view of the himalayas. Can watch setting sun from the room. Room is well furnished. Staff is good. Meals are cooked with locally grown ingredients. Taste is superb. This experience of this hotel was not good. We were allotted a room on the back side, when we requested for lake facing room, we were told that mm t has already mentioned on the allotment advice that it was not lake facing room. This was very surprising because this option was never mentioned by mm t during room reservation. The room itself was in poor condion. It had bad smell. When we opened the wudows, our room was filled with awful cooking smell from the galley below. Room was not provided with basic necessities, dirty & used pillows and quilt, no kettle, no tea or sugar, one towel for two of us, one water bottle for two of us, no spare blanket, defective tv. We had to pour water with buckets to wash down the wc after use. Service was not good, the attendent was reluctant to provide extra water bottle. Food was just normal. It was terrible experience for the price charged.

The location is fantastic, looking straight at the himalayas. The rooms are pretty big with all the standard amenities and cleanliness you would expect at this price. The food was exceptional and the staff etiquette is outstanding. Shout-out to mr. Kaushal for taking great care of us. If visiting kausani, this is a must-stay!

Very good stay. Entire staff is excellent and extremely cooperative. Special mention to mr amar bisht at front office desk who ensured everything was up to mark during out stay

The hotel is ok but its completely unworthy for money as the interiors were weird and depressing. Facilities were of basic hotel. Yes the view from balcony was good, food is also ok. But other than that nothing pleasant about stay
