Nice room, good and caring staff, excellent property and excellent location.Good food. Will like to revisit again.

Place good to stay only for people who like heritage places hotels and not for all. It is on the narrow roads making it difficult for the people to travel. Only advantage is you can see the better view but there are other options

Very poor service , two of the male staff were drunk,rooms were stinking like shit and they served us rotten food, the worst experience of my life , no network no wifi in the rooms .

The Hotel is grossly under staffed... Not worth for the amount paid.. Average Meals ... Below average service and very far from the main Mall Road of Darjeeling .. Management needs to rework on its business ethics ... Only positive is good view of Kunchenjenga Ranges from hotel

Property is ok. But service is pathetic. 1. No water in the toilet and bathroom. One one in the reception or house keeping is available to attend the issues. 2. Food is over priced. 3. Hotel staff ignored us when asked for a bellboy while checking out. 4. Property is under staff it seems. If in off season they cant service the guest then what will they do during peak season. I booked the property with very high expectations for my family bit it was a very bitter experience. Will avoid this property in future and will not recommend it to others

Had an excellent stay.. More important that the staff were well trained, polite, and helpfull... The rooms were well maintained cleaned and the view of hills mt kanchanjanga was also nice 👍🏻. Food was great, had a great breakfast. what u pay is for the great service u get in return

Washroom was smelling.and service was not up to the mark. Room was smelling like sewage.and room was not ready at time

Summit grace is located at hill top and view from the terrace is great. Approach to property is clumsy. Rooms are small and un comfortable. For price of rs.7000 a day it is not value for money.

worst experience I have at this type level of hotel...only good thing of hotel is his little terrace...they make us fool by photo of terrace..worst service,worst food..too much dirty kitchen and rooms...if u want to spoil your health and precious tour time then stay here otherwise plz try other hotels....

An excellent getaway with all amenities, nestled amid-st the pines and a picturesque view of the kanchenjunga. Mesmerizing!

Location is very dirty and poor to reach to the hotel, the photos shown are at top side of the hotel. Our stay was very average, very small rooms and not feeling like 4 star property. With family of 3 struggled to keep our luggage and manage with very limited space inside the room. Breakfast is also not up to the mark with limited 4 to 5 options ( repetitive both the days – Parota, Poori and Idli) compared to 20+ options in any south Indian 4 star hotel. Room heater was not working, have to get replace 3 times. Bed heater was not working and they fixed on our 2nd day of stay, bathroom was keep stinking have to call housekeeping multiple times to apply room freshener. Cot and bed are very poor quality ( small touch from leg moves the bed to different directions), small size and don’t fit to 3 and don't have space to have separate bed for kid. Has got good mountain view that's the only good part of the property, don't feel worth to pay Owner should visit any 4 star like holiday Inn or Marriot to check the service and standards to improve.

Staffs are not courteous. Cleaniness is not maintained. Service is not prompt. Does not meet standard of four star hotel stay.

This hotel have beautiful view of valley as well as snow capped mountain range if you stay at top floor.
