Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling

Summit grace boutique was a nice property. I have booked a room with fire place and kanchenjunga view. Unfortunately cloud cover blocked our view all through the stay. Later our driver told that the right months for good view are seep to dec. While the room was very good with the bed on the loft, the Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling folks told us that we needed to pay more to set the fire in the fire place. What is the point of a room with fireplace if it doesn’t come with the fire option. That should have been included in the room charges, which was anyway substantially high. While the interiors were nice, the Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling look outside needed lot if work on plastering and painting. Most of all approach was tough as it was higher up and the road was steep and significantly narrow

As we all are scared to travel after the pandemic, Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling summit grace has taken all the necessary measures to keep the travellers safe. All the staffs were wearing masks. Towels, bedsheets were very clean. Social distancing was also followed. The best part about this property is its location. Mount kanchenjunga is clearly visible from the common area and balcony. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staffs are well behaved and extremely helpful. Food quality is excellent and service is also pretty good. I would definitely love to come back in this Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling again. My only request would be to increase the number of power sockets so that travellers can charge their multiple gadgets together.

This property is away from city so its very calm and silent environment. The staff specifically were too helpful and always had smile on their face. Few things i didn’t liked are 1) they dont have their own parking and its not mentioned on booking page, they arranged us a private parking but it was too expensive 300 rs per night. 2) the water bottle served was too expensive, rs. 35 for 1 ltr bottle, food was also expensive but thts okay. 3) according to rhea weather, they should place de-humidifier in the rooms as the rokm floor is always wet coz of the precipitation inside. Rest everything in this Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling is good and the staff again i would say is very helpful and kind specially the guy prem was very good guy!

The entrance for the Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling is from the back side hence there was a initial confusion based on the photos we had seen, but once you get to the balcony you realize it is exactly the same as in the pictures. One of the older properties of Summit. It is an old Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling with few rooms which are completely made of wood. They offer food in the balcony which is a lovely experience. Coming to the negative points: The room heater and the geyser do a little to help during the winter. The food though has a lot of choices but lacks taste and a tad bit expensive. We could not enjoy a bonfire in the evenings as they could not arrange for wood for the bonfire.

The pillows and the cushions are the fluffiest i have ever felt. We ordered mountain view room with breakfast combo grom april 29th to may 2nd, and literally experienced cloud passing through our room! water heating and other bathroom amenities were awesome. Hotel services were friendly, they made our stay easier by modestly acknowledging our little demands. Note: there was clogging issue at the bathroom, but we did not suffer much as we toured most of the time. Window wedges could be repaired to be tighter. Hotel should provide car service to reach mall market because the Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling is stayed at at least 1. 5 km of elevation from the mall market.

In my 3 days visit I got all the best services from the staffs of this Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling. Room accommodation was just awesome with a room of view of mighty Kanchanjunga infront of you. Room service was just up to the mark and the F&B staff was very nice in providing the best services. Other staffs specially was very supportive in upgrading our room free of cost and arranging early morning breakfast for us even before the schedule breakfast starts in Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling. I also recommend our driver who has made my Darjeeling visit extra special with his experience and guidance.

We checked in from gangtok's Summit Golden Crescent into Darjeeling's Summit Grace. We were met by Ms Reshma who was as pleasant as can be. This room was impeccably small. The next day Reshma really went out of her way and understanding our predicament changed our room. She personally ensured that we were comfortable. The Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling will arrange a cab at your own cost to transfer from the Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling to the town and back at a reasonable rate. All said and done the staff like Ms Reshma truly empathise with the guests. They are the real gems of the Summit group.

Pro's * scenic beauty * balcony cons- * zig - zag route for reaching Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling * less spacious * it shows 800m from chowrasta but in reality you won't be able to reach Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling without cab. * very cold in room. All time room surface is moisturized. My personal experience regarding the staff was very good. I was having some health issues on my last day of stay but the staff took care of me hired the taxi and also went to hospital with me at late night. I didn't thought i was in unknown place. Thanks again for all the support.

Our experience with summit grace was excellent and the cleanliness, view, location, the staff and service, everything was perfect and we even loved the food. Would highly recommend this stay if you visit darjeeling. Many would think of it as it is away from mall road but, it’s worth staying.

The Hotel was so good and value for money. It's a British architecture based wooden cottage with beautiful ambiance and decor.

Food from the restaurant is mind blowing and nothing on the menu will disappoint you. We fell in love with the Summit chain of Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeelings as we just came from another Summit Hotel in Pelling which was equally good. Do not think twice before booking this place!

They have mind-blowing views from their rooms and rooms themselves are very cosy and full of amenities. Their staff is super friendly and eager to serve. Whenever in darjeeling i would recommend this property only.

I have celebrated my 2nd anniversary at this place which was really amazing! specially the candle light dinner! all staff were polite and professional. Receptionist was so good in behavious which feels homely. Simply the the place. Loved darjeeling. Thank you.

View from the Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling balcony is fantastic. But access to town and shops you need to walk yo-yo 1. 5 kms. Only Summit Grace Boutique Hotel & Spa, Darjeeling taxi authorized taxi is available the fare is up to 500rs for train station.
