location is great, food is great, all the basic facilities were provided, rooms are clean. had a fun and memorable experience

It was great stay with Sumit lilium staffs are very supportive especially Smita and Ramesh and I forgot few names but from all departments housekeeping to security facilities everyone is very good and co operative and supportive,,, Amazing view from restaurant and lawn area only I can say negative one thing food price is very high might be reason that hotel is bit far from city,,, Management should think and food price should be genuine as per your hospitality with smile.

Opposite of value for money. The regular deluxe room didn't have any view. But that's about the only excusable reason. Immediately entering the room, we were greeted by the stench produced by a public train toilet that hasn't been cleaned for days. Although I appreciate the effort for cleaning it thoroughly, the stench of ciggerates and piss remained for the rest of our stay. We did not enjoy being disturbed by calls from other rooms trying to reach the reception, or asking us to move our vehicle for no good reason. We always ha e to call twice to get any sort of response. The only upside was the good view accompanying us while having less than average breakfast. We have had pleasant stays at other Summit resorts and strongly recommend to others, but this is the lowest experience by far.

The room was dirty, the geyser wasn't working and the service was poor. Not like the other hotels of SUMMIT franchise i have been to.

Property is not so good, not enough space to hangout. You need to stay only in the room. Room quality is good. Food cost is very high, which is very bad things.

Location is slightly away from the main road .. Avail with food option for your room as per my experience as food is way too costly in this hotel, if u want better priced food there is arms courtyard just beside this hotel there food is amazing and reasonable as well.. No lift and u have to climb three floors if u want to go outside... Hill view rooms are very limited it is majorly premium room which is 500 rs more than deluxe room so its better to avail premium room.. only 6 rooms with hill view in 3 floors. Rest all jungle view... Room is spacious but no study table medium sized table available very small table is there where hardly u can keep anything... Matress is very soft so people who don't like soft matress avoid it... Overall ok experience nothing that great.. Rooms are overpriced as well as food.. staffs are polite and spa room is very untidy and there is no dedicated spa person... Indoor activities one carram board and one table tennis board with no tennis ball and when I asked them they said it is not available...

Amazing Experience over all, Hotel is near Kalimpong town, so no noise pollution, this property was so clean, Rooms were Cozy. All the staff were Nice, resturant rent name James,and forgetting girl name, both were too good, Specially Smita madam, what a Great Welcome by her. recommended for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at summit lilium. All the staffs were very caring. The breakfast view at balcony is very nice.

The behaviour of one of the room service staff was very rude. Not much variety in the breakfast buffet.

The premium room was cozy and comfortable. But need maintenance. The staff were excellent in behaviour and etiquette. The food was wonderful, we had a complimentary breakfast. The view from the terrace was awesome.

Room was good and specious but need to improve the cleaning part. There are lots of 🪰 that need to be taken care. Food quality is good but very expensive. Staff behavior are good. Overall good but needs to improve the above points.
