Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall

We, a family of 3, stayed here for 2 nights. It was overall a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and has the usual amenities. Hygiene was well maintained. It has an ample foyer to keep luggage and shoes. The view was good from the window. There is no balcony though in the junior suite room. The management is very good. Room service is prompt. The best part is the location which is on the 2nd floor of rink mall or 'big bazar' as locals call it (there is no big bazaar there now though) in chowk bazar. Chow rasta and mall road is just a 10 minutes walk, but uphill, so would be difficult for elderly. Mind you, no vehicles are allowed upto mall road and chowrasta. There is a basement parking where taxis come to pick up or drop but are not allowed to stay for long. Private vehicles may be allowed but i didn't enquirer about that.

Me, my spouse along with our child(5yrs) were in darjeeling for first time from 17th to 20th instant. Our Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall was summit montana suits &spa. Our room no -216. It was junior suit room with mountain view. The view was excellent. Luckily we witness peak of kanchangangha on 18th & 20th at about 5:00hrs. Now review of Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall. Everything was excellent. Cleaning, amenities, staff behaviour, room service all were very top quality. Restaurant was awesome. Very delicious and hygienic. Most important is its location. Mall, taxi stand, chowrasta, ch-auk bazar darjeeling station everything is within walking distance max 15min. I would recommend it as family friendly along with child friendly too. Couple will also enjoy there stay.

It's a good place to stay in darjeeling. The Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall is within the rink mall but there is absolutely no disturbance at all. Rooms are quite big ( i had opted for a junior suite) which has a kanchenjunga view. The entire staff is very polite and helpful. Service is top notch as well. They always respond very quick. Restaurant food is ok. Few items chilli chicken, thukpa etc are very good while some are average. They also have a spa. Few from my family took the service and were happy. The only problem is that they have one room and can provide a therapy only one person at a time. Also the i could never contact the spa with multiple tries. They never respond on the intercom no. Overall a very good stay.

I stayed alongwith my family at Summit Montana for 4 days and really it was a wonderful experience. The room Family Suite View Room was so much spacious and has excellent Kanchanjunga View. The Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall located inside Rink Mall which provides a very cosy and comfortable Stay. It is very close to Chaurasta and Mall Road and also has very good eating points located outside Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall. Hotel Staff is Very friendly and offers great hospitality. Would strongly recommend the Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall for wonderful stay. Thanks Entire Summit Montana Team..👍

The Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall is in the 2nd and 3rd floor of the rink mall. I booked a junior suit view room for 3 nights-and they gave me a 2nd floor room. Clean room with ample space. Nice bathroom. Service is quite prompt. View was not that good, this being monsoon. But it might not be best at darjeeling. Only one thing to point. The reception staff were quite lame in addressing the petty issues. It might be that we had booked at a cheap rate due to some offer at mmt. Other than that no complaint at all. Nice location, double thumbs up for the room, good view and amazingly prompt service.

We had given a stay at summit swiss heritage Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall instead of summit montana due to some maintenance work. The summit swiss heritage Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall is pretty decent and well maintained. Location was close to market, so it was easy to do shopping and explore other places around the Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall. Very close to mall road. View from the room was breathtaking as we got the full view of mt kanchanjunga. Staff behaviour and attitude was excellent, any issues were addressed immediately. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Hotel was at a prime location together with a shopping mall down. Room was specious and services and all staffs were very nice and supportive. Parking facility in the basement. But no rooms had air conditioning and fans the weather was good but some people needed an aircondition there was no wall clock. If these 2 small things have been done in future then this will be the best Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall. The room was very big, all the markets were only walking distance. Thank you summit montana and all staff for your support and best services. I'll visit again soon.

Located on mall road inside rink mall. Top two floors of mall is occupied by Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall. Excellent rooms, tasty buffet and excellent service. Kanchenjunga/valley view is similar for all rooms. Walkable distance from chourasta and the famous street shopping/food fiesta. Hotel/mall has private parking, so boarding and deboarding is easy. We took junior suite and a premier suite room, big sized room in an otherwise narrow and congested darjeeling. Staff is very polite, well behaved and everyone is so helpful. Recommended.

The room was clean and well maintained, staff over here are cooperative. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall is located in a nice place with a good view from the rooms, but the breakfast is not that good, and so is the staff at the breakfast service, the food are mostly empty, and no one to ask, the breakfast staff simply didn't care. Reception is friendly and helpful.

Property is good and well maintained, staff is also friendly. The Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall is inside a mall in darjeeling which was not known to us so took some time to find the Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall. However, when we called the Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall, staff came to pick us up from a nearby location.

Good service, well behaved staffs. There was a staff by the name of mono in the restaurant area she was great and well behaved. Her dedication towards her work was superb. She is a asset to summit

We had a great time at sikkim and darjeeling. Hotel suggested by makemytrip was very good. Food and accommodation was more than expected

Room and Summit Montana Suites & Spa at Mall is excellent but no parking place. Loved the food and mall with inox at the basement. We watched movie though hall not recommended. Did shopping in trendz.

Excellent mountain view if weather is clear. We have seen kanchanjhangha from our room clearly. Also staff behavior is good

Location is best in darjiling as it located on a mall. Breakfast is nice but dinner options needs to be widened. Room size is large. One issue is that it seems overpriced.
