Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road )

Our stay at summit swiss heritage resort and spa was a pleasant one. We had booked two rhododendron view delux rooms in the modern building. The rhododendron views are actually just the view of the street the Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) is located at. Not very impressive. So we switched one of the rooms with their heritage rooms with the valley view which was great. You can see the magnificent kanchenjunga from the room itself and they also have an open deck in front of the heritage rooms where you can spend some time and admire the view. However, if there are senior citizens in the group i would not re commend the heritage rooms as there a few flight of stairs to get to the rooms. The modern building has a lift which would be a better option. Food is just about ok. I do appreciate that they packed us dry snacks to carry early in the morning during check-out. Location of the Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) is quite good. Just 5-10 minutes walk to the mall road.

our stay at summit with a toddler was just picture perfect and just like a cakewalk ♥️ the staff are just excellent who became so friendly with my baby that she only wanted to spend time with them! they were extremely well behaved and caring and polite at the same time. they listened to anything and everything we wanted and took special care to every details. special thanks to Riya from the reception and Devika and Romika from the restaurant. they made our stay extremely comfortable, memorable and amazing. thanks to Team Summit Swiss and we will def visit again whenever we are back at Darjeeling. the deluxe view rooms were top notch and offered unhindered views of the mountains as well as the city and railway station. the mall is at walking distance which was finely managed by my toddler. their buffet breakfast and dinner spread have a lot of options and they prepare delicious babyfoods too. so just pack ur bags & get there guys!

Definitely one of the best properties in darjeeling. Located very close to the mall, this property is very well maintained as well. We stayed in one of their heritage rooms and a deluxe room in their newer section. The rooms are very cosy and are well appointed with all amenities expected from a 4 star Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ). The restaurant alpine serves some excellent food. The buffet breakfast has a decent array of all kinds of options. Special thanks to the kitchen team for the delicious cooking! what we loved about this Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) is the fact that each and every staff member is well trained and they put that training to use. They're always courteous and smiling and never leave a chance to go out of the way should you require something. I have nothing but kind words for each one of the staff members. We're definitely coming back.

We recently stayed at this resort with my family and had a generally positive experience, though there were a few notable points. We had booked a room with a rhododendron view, but due to the off-season, the view was not as advertised. Instead, the balcony faced the backside of the next building, which was a bit disappointing. The food, while a bit costly, was delicious, and we appreciated the daily discounts they provided. Accessibility to the resort is a bit challenging. Taxis charge extra to reach the Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) because of the longer one-way route from the town. On a positive note, all the staff were incredibly nice, and the cleaning and dining services were impeccable. They really made our stay enjoyable. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a very good experience at the resort.

The location was really good with an amazing view of the queen ( kanchendongza). The property is a mix of the old british charm of teak and pine and the chrome and glass as individual and separate wing. The housekeeping staff is very prompt and the restaurant service is nice with good food. The breakfast spread is fresh and just right to keep you full for the day. Oh yes there are a number of spots in the Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) seating area for your inst a posts. Overall a very nice and spread out property with just the right feel for all and without much of loud exuberance. Lastly don’t miss out the morning tea at the heritage extension and the candlelight dinner on the rooftop of the contemporary annexure.

We total of 6 members planned for a trip in darjeeling where we have booked summit swiss Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) and spa for a day. We booked two rooms camelia and rhododendron. Property location was very good, property indoor was designed on a white background which looks fantastic during night, perfect for stunning portrait picture. If the sky is clear you will be fortunate enough to view the mighty kanchenjunga peak. The Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) staff service was very good whenever we asked them for room service they responded quickly. Food was good could have been better but overall our stay was very good and we enjoyed their sports room too they have various indoor sports.

Went with my family in darjeeling and stayed in summit swiss heritage & spa for 3 nights. First of all would like to say that the view from premium room ( mountain side ) of the Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) was fabulous and would stay in our memory for long time. Kanchenjunga view was mesmerizing from the Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) room, staff are very polite and courteous, food is good, premium room was sufficiently spacious and the roof top view from the Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) is something to look for. However there was a bad odour on and off from the room toilet/washroom. Something to work on. Overall really loved our stay in summit.

This is my very first visit to darjeeling and landing into summit swiss heritage was the first best thing that i did to make my entire rest of the trip memorable ! entire staff was fantastic in their hospitality though the Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) is old enough that you can easily recognise the lack of some up to date facilities. I had breathtaking view of kanchenjunga from my room and i awe struck with it. From the Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) staff, u must take one name who made our stay very pleasant and extraordinary and she is ms riya at front office. Overall it’s wonderful

Staff behavior is very good. Food is good but options are less. No mutton and prawn. Hotel is neat and clean and senior citizen friendly having wheel chair accessible. Heating arrangement is good. Room number 403 is is beautiful in all respect.

It was a pleasant stay in the Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ). I stayed for two nights in the Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ). Behaviour of staff was very plea-sent 5/5 Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) aesthetic and location is also towards the upper end 4. 5/5 in one place only upgradation is needed that is food 3/5 overall it was a good experience. Our stay at summit swiss heritage Summit Swiss Heritage Resort & Spa ( Mall Road ) was truly a memorable one! the staff is very hospitable, the rooms are pretty clean and ambience of the place is very nice. There is plenty of different variety food available too.

Fantastic view and atmosphere from room kangchenjunga enjoying with family members and spending time is very excellent. Food and room service were also excellent.

It was quite a pleasant stay. The hospitality was really sweeta d welcoming. All the staff were very attentive and sweet.

We had an excellent stay there, staff was also very helpful & polite. Ms ria & nilanjana greeted us with warm darjeeling tea on our arrival. Our room had excellent mountain view & food especially the breakfast was exquisite.

We have enjoyed our stay at summit heritage spa. Very good location. Good restaurant but little expensive incomparison with glaneries and kevy's or others major famous food joint.
