Sumukha Divine Holidays - Alamelumanga Avenue

Friends, I booked this for 2 days from MMT which was later extended to 1 day personally from apartment team. Experience amazing location, a 2 BHK with all luxuries is all yours during your stay. Not only this, you have kitchen facility (on request included) with all utensils, induction etc. (very much required for those travelling with kids, like me) AC, TV, sofa, dining table, resting chair, normal plastic, you get everything you would have had at your own home. Only challenge I faced was food which was resolved with help of Swiggy (Srinivasa Perumbur). They provided amazing food for all times I stayed. Can't forget the kind of welcome I received from 2 aunties who does house keeping and all related work at the apartment. Thank you to the entire team of Sumukha and especially Anandji (owner) who always wanted me to stay at his apartment and gave me so much confidence that I cancelled other bookings and went ahead with him. This is a 6 stores building with 2 flats per floor. Newly constructed. I had stayed there in 2 bk, Smooth check-in and checkout. Very supportive staffs. I had taken induction stove and few utensils with me assuming it might not be there. But they said, they themselves have and will provide upon request. Induction stove, few cooking vessels including cooker and plates would be provided on request. Tasty foods can even be ordered from Swiggy. Room has solar powered hot water supply, ac in each bedroom. Dental kit and towels are provided. There is no TV. Rooms were very clean, spacious and noise free. Rather taking a room in lodge were we get 100 to 150 sq ft, we can rent this place where kids will play and enjoy better than lodge. Only issue I faced is the ramp to the apartments is steep from Road and hence parking was bit tough. The vehicle under chas is hits the ground while entering the building. But can plan to Park outside too.

I stayed at a night with my family. We felt very happy about your service apartment than start Sumukha Divine Holidays - Alamelumanga Avenues. Friendly manager. Nice service. I didn't expect from this service from that Sumukha Divine Holidays - Alamelumanga Avenue. Everything was best. Except one thing check in and check out procedure. I arrived at 11 PM but check out within 12 AM . This is not fare everyone can't follow your default check in and check out procedure. You must take care this check in check up issues. You must verify before Prigrims arrive your Sumukha Divine Holidays - Alamelumanga Avenue you will ask Prigrims through phone or and anything when you will arrive and note that time and mark it as check in time after 24 hours checkout you will be marked as that time as a check out. Your services your rooms are awesome but one trouble is checkin checkout. You take some decisions about it.

This is a very good option for families as you get an entire 2 BHK furnished apartment at an affordable price. The rooms were large with plenty of lights and natural ventilation. All the bedrooms were air-conditioned and looked new. If they had water heaters in the bathroom, it would have been perfect for kids. However, they had provided hand held water heater that could heat a bucket of water. The staff is very courteous and helpful during our stay. The coffee they make downstairs and serve to your room is very good. They have a tie up with a restaurant to order food but we couldn't try this out as we were there for only one night. Overall, I would strongly recommend this place for your stay at Tirupathi.

Well located and decent property, good offering through make my trip. Property by itself needs more professional approach to make it a much more enjoyable in terms of value for money and stay comfort.
Being classified as a service apartment, some basic amenities are to be provided tissue papers, cutlery (in the so called kitchen, at least plates and spoons without the need for being asked), clean glasses, preferably TV is in the bedrooms (or proper TV with enough viewing channels in the living room), wardrobes with clothe hangers appropriately, appropriate viewing mirrors in the bed rooms. Overall, some more professional approach would make this property a classic place to stay.

Sumukha service apartment is wonderful, nice caretakers, very spacious, clean flat with all basic amenities. Two-bed rooms have good AC, nice bed (not to compare with 5 star Sumukha Divine Holidays - Alamelumanga Avenue), big hall, kitchen, clean bathrooms. Food can be ordered from nearby bliss Sumukha Divine Holidays - Alamelumanga Avenue, which is very tasty. The Sumukha apartment offers more value than the charge we pay. With a full family of 6 people including kids, this kind of homely accommodation a this rate is definitely a nice option at Tirupati kind of spiritual places. I will definitely plan my stay here only next time. Spacious, clean and homely family stay.

While booking, there was an option of upgrade for the electric kettle in the room at additional charges. We opted that. On reaching the Sumukha Divine Holidays - Alamelumanga Avenue, we found no kettle in our room. So, I enquired with the manager. He said, whatever you want; kettle, rice cooker, induction stove is all available at no extra charge. MakeMyTrip charged extra for no reason. Now coming to the stay part. This flat is awesome. It’s clean and tidy. The manager is very cooperative. The help is there for practically every reason. Don’t demand unnecessarily. I will stay here the next time I come to Tirupati.

We travelled for a day and had booked this apartment for one night. It is spacious and extremely well maintained. Beds are comfortable and bedsheets and spot on. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Tirupati. Reniguntha railway station is 15 min from there so it's quite convenient too. Manager is very approachable and quite helpful. Entire building is connected to solar so hot water is available even at 5 am in morning. 5 star from my side.

We stayed there for just one night in two bed apartment. Room was well maintained. With all basics amenities. Very good location.

We booked this Sumukha Divine Holidays - Alamelumanga Avenue for second time and as usual they didn't disappoint us. Rooms were neat and clean. Owner and staff were easily reachable and very polite. Easy reachable to all temple and railway station. Kudos to the entire pool.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. Enjoyed the stay.

The location is about 7 km away from Saptagiri check point. The apartment was good and the staff were friendly. Overall a very good place to stay at a reasonable price. One thing that would need attention is the washroom taps (most of them had leakages).
