The stay was pleasant.check in process was very smooth and easy.they upgrade my room.wow it was awesome room.Sun Park Resort & Spa was neat and clean.staff was very cooperative.i highly recommend this Sun Park Resort & Spa for my next visit.Food quality was best .food presentation was fabulous.specially thank to chef of Sun Park Resort & Spa for lavish n tasty, presentable food.aloo nazakat dish was so yummy..my family liked all the food.reception counter staff was very nice and cooperative.travel desk was also very cooperative.rooms was big n neat and clean.. view from balcony was nice..we enjoyed our trip..sun park Sun Park Resort & Spa made my trip more comfortable and unforgettable.check out procedure was smooth.. overall mast stay.. highly recommend to nears n dears for this Sun Park Resort & Spa.

Overall my stay was good good 1) view from Sun Park Resort & Spa balcony was outstanding 2) room service was nice 3) Sun Park Resort & Spa gives a luxury feel bad 1) they should provide permanent hair dryer(though they provide if u ask but only for 30 min) 2) they should arrange a private taxi for pickup and dropoff and can charge if required 3) and most important those who come by bus every bus reaches manali before 8 am and within an hour they reach the Sun Park Resort & Spa but the Sun Park Resort & Spa does not allow early checkin. I reached my Sun Park Resort & Spa around 8 am checkin is allowed at 12. I asked the receptionist for early checkin but they charged 500 extra for that

It is a nice Sun Park Resort & Spa with good view of snow covered mountains from some of the rooms. Having said that, needs lots of improvement too specially towards the service side. In house dining is below average in terms of food and staff. They don't go extra mile to provide good experience to tourists, i personally felt that they are slightly adamant. However, the best part was their travel desk in terms of quality of service.

We had good stay at sun park manali again. Once again i must complement mr dalip, ms sushmita, mr rahul in fnb dept for such care and excellent service giving to us while dinning. Mr dilip is so sincere and showed tremendous concern for our stay in manali. Will visit manali again and will definitely stay at sun park. Thanks

Hotel is at the amazing location, i had been with family me, my wife and my two kids. I could see the mountains filled with snow from my room window and balcony. Hotel staff was very polite and humble. We were satisfied with their service and location of the Sun Park Resort & Spa. Food was very awesome too

Hotel room size and food is quite good. Receptionist vimla behaviour is not good. Should work on improvement of staff behaviours.

Very beautiful property and we had a great and wonderful stay. 1Km away from the mall road so you can walk easily and take short cuts to reach mall road and 4 kms away from the private bus stand. We took a very good decision to stay here. Highly recommend all to stay here♥️

The stay was awesome, they are very focused on customers and their needs. The food was very delicious which is the best of this resort. I would love to visit this place again in the future.
