Sun Valley Homestay | Rooms & Caretaker

The property is located near the tourist destination raja seat & near the main road but i found very difficult to reach there as there was no sign board & locals. Also couldn't recognise it. The host didn't have a good communication system. Although the property is good & a house owned by the local resident. The family ladies were available for help but no gents was there to whom we can talk or take help. This was my first experience in a homestay, they tried their best but don't expect anything like resort or a Sun Valley Homestay | Rooms & Caretaker. You have to compromise for many things but if you compare as per price it is a good option. The room's were very nice & clean. Geyser was available the bathroom was ok. I liked home made food provided by them both beg & nonveg. Overall it was a new experience & l liked it.

Homely environment with warm hosts in Mr. and Mrs. Naveen. Sumptuous dinner and breakfast, kids simply loved the place. As for scope for improvement would be installing safety nets on windows as we had to open windows at night as it was getting hot with the fan not being sufficient and limited cross ventilation and without safety nets we were apprehensive to do so with cats not the wild ones roaming around. Perfect location with ample parking space and perfect family getaway. A bonfire arrangement with a live music was be an icing on cake. We look forward to visiting and staying at the place again.

At beginning we were disappointed. Nobody was there to receive and allot the room for us. The place was away from the city in natural hill area very calm and cool. Later owner came and make us understand. It was home stay, very specious we occupied full second floor of the house. They served home made and traditional food very clean and testy. The food was delicious. For family i will suggest if they want clean, natural and family atmosphere.

Awesome location, very good service, friendly n warm welcoming people, awesome food, easy approach to the main market and Raja seat view point. Our whole family including kids enjoyed the say at Sun Valley. Cheers!

It was very pleasant place to stay and their hospitality was too good. Food served by them was worth a penny it tasted too good. There is a view point nearby and totally its a place. Worth to opt in Coorg.

Good. Charges are little on the higher Side. Drinking water was not available, arranged against Pmt. Dinner (chargeable) was extremely good. Trip with friends will be good.

We were 6 people and booked 3 room. 1st floor has 3 rooms with common area (hall with TV sofas) for get together. Overall a nice place for this price room per day.

The place, food, was very good. The location is near by to city center. The hosts are very friendly. Only thing was the bathrooms were a bit stinky

Nice Homestay in Coorg for group of friends. Got an entire floor for us. And property owner was very friendly.

We have enjoyed. The stay, but the rooms are too small Language problem with care taker.
