Sundar Hotel And Resort

Very poor hospitality, I stayed at room no.101, AC was not working properly at my room. Door was not closing bcoz the lock was broken. I ordered thukpa, they served boiled water with noodles as thukpa. When I complained all this to front office while check out, the person there was not even admitted his mistake. Overall pathetic experience.

The resort is beautiful with plenty of options for kids. We had delicious dinner at the restaurant..The pool and play area were nice. Just that the play area had mosquitoes perhaps because of the rains. Though it's almost 1.5 hr from Gangtok but we were looking for a stop from Gangtok to Siliguri so this was perfect

Rooms are good but good is average

Hotel room was dirty and ambience also was not as per standard. Breakfast and food quality was not good

Except the location other things are good. The hotel is well maintained and the staffs are well behaved.

The service by shreeja rai was excellent, but the other all services were sad, quality of break fast and fod was sad. There were mosquito in garden. Delivery post giving order was delayed. The other male person was not courteous to speak nicely also. Even umpteen number of requests was required for water

Stay was pleasant. Overall experience was satisfactory.

Simple stay for short visit. Construction in the premises, so iit was dusty.

The best thing about the hotel is it's staffs who are all very polite and always ready to help whatever required by the guests. Although the hotel had some issues which need to be improved. The pathway leading to the hotel is not easy to locate for those coming for the first time and mostly dark in the evening without enough lights. Besides the breakfast quality and wifi speed is not very impressive. The choice of food is also limited but on the other hand, the hotel has a nice swimming pool and the overall ambiance at the poolside is quite good to spend time with family and friends. Overall a decent hotel (with mostly clean rooms) and worth recommended if other problems are manageable for the guests.

Except location identification rest all fine

Situated on banks of Teesta river, this hotel is good for one day stay. You can go to Teesta river for a walk and spend time there. Hotel also has two swimming pools that adds to attraction. Rooms were good, clean. Slightly congested rooms. All the amenities were modern. For breakfast and dinner, they do not have enough variety. Good variety in food is necessary as there are no eateries nearby. Overall pleasant stay.

Nice stay and awesome view, a bit difficult to find the location, but once you enter, 2 pools over there, overall great.

The Hotel room is so clean And beautiful. It was a lovely experience. I will definitely be coming again!

Nice resort, but very difficult to find it as its very near to Teesta River.

Hotel location was great. Awesome atmosphere with nature. Food was to much expensive overall a good stay.

We came to visit SMIT at Rangpo and stayed at this cozy hotel and spa which is about 10 mins walk from the university. The swimming pool is exceptionally well-maintained and clean. And is used by Hotel residents as well as day visitors with a pass. Staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a nice experience.
