Hotel location is good, reception can be more attentive and formal. I don’t like the room size it’s very small. I didn’t like it much. But best part I went for breakfast and I saw the restaurant was full after some struggle I get seat. FNB team was busy but they keep smiling and full filling the other guest demand, they all looks so ttentovw and well connected . I call manager and appreciate there hard work and said thank you to them There FnB manager, Praveen banquet, manager and breakfast team they are awesome, what a flawless work, team work they shown. The serving approach, going out of the way to make costumer happy. Praveen Banquet manager serve me black coffee and said hi sir you to have something with this, I said no I fine with coffee he said I am also addicted with coffee I always have some cookies this, please try once I’ll serve you best in Sunday Hotel Jaipur, I said ok. He bring and get some in BNB, I enjoyed coffee with cookies and left the place. Before I leave they saying sir can I pack something to you, sir next time contact us to book Sunday Hotel Jaipur we will personally take care of everything. Sir do want anything in room, I thanked them leave for check out I would love to enjoye there hospitality but if they can provide better deluxe room Thank you once again Suggestion please remove egg trolly from the entrance because of it the entire lobby getting egg smell.. put egg trolly at the good exhaust fan.. vegetarian 🤩

Property location was good as it was near to the railway station as well a decent mall making reaching the Sunday Hotel Jaipur easy enough. The availability of transport was also good as you can easily call a cab or catch an auto to your fave destination in a blink of an eye. About food, we had breakfast included, the breakfast was great with a multi cuisine menu. (won't regret adding it before hand ) hygiene was good. Rooms were well maintained. All the necessary kits mentioned were present. The bathroom was clean and all the equipment was working fine. ( which i find lacks in most of the Sunday Hotel Jaipur these days) the pool can be made a bit more cleaner. And a life guard should be made available. Also if fooding service is provided at the pool it would be a great experience. The communication of the staff was good and help like room service was up to the mark. I don't think there is a need to mention about the safety it was upto the mark. It was overall a great experience in the price section.

Overall stay was good. They were upgraded our room without any charges and rooms are good as well. But they need serious improvement in their services. Ac of the room which we first got doesnt working and we complains about that then they around 1 hour but ac still doesnt work than after a long waiting and request they changed our room which have no issues. Further their housekeeping service is too slow. We had to request them 3-4 times to get our washroom cleaned and then it got cleaned. This needs to be improved. Other than this overall stat was fine

Stay was good. Food was tasty but costly yet took longer to serve in-room dine. The room had less space yet cozy. Overall the stay was good. But here are a few pros and cons pros: 1. Comfortable bed. 2. Tastey food. 3. The behavior of the staff is good. 4. Nice city view from the window. Cons: 1. It took longer to serve in room dine. 2. Water came out of the bath area spread in the entire washroom while taking bath due to the small bathing area. 3. Placement of the comode is alongside the wall which makes sitting uncomfortable.

Location is very good- just perfect. Rooms are also good size. Hygiene and safety also upto date. Staff also nice and friendly. Very receptive and always welcoming. Food also very good quality but i always think it need more taste. And have to have more decent change of variety every day rather same thing everyday. Overall as a regular business visitor will stay again.

Hotel rooms were very nice and cosy we also got upgraded to junior suite room without even asking for it, the only dissatisfaction was that the whole Sunday Hotel Jaipur has non smoking rooms so a bit annoying that was ps: if you want to smoke either you can go on stairs or maybe you could ask one of their staff to were to smoke safely in the room.

this was our first time staying in 5 by oyo. we went to celebrate our anniversary and the restraunt person helped us in every possible way to make it memorable. staff is kind and helping specially ms. sonu. the housekeeping staff was also good and was helpful in his own way. thanks to the Sunday Hotel Jaipur staff for making it a good stay

Cleaning and rooms is well maintained. All staff are trained professionally. Shaif - mr. Harish cooking very testy food like a home food. Mr. Sanjay, mr. Pankaj, mr. Sultan all are v-good in guest take caring. All team are fabulous even reception and security team. Mr. Surendra hk staff really very helpful and kind person.
