Excellent property. New setup. Very clean and el gant, rooms were spotless, good lighting and aesthetic arrangement. Rest rooms were clean, well maintained. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The house keeping crew is largely women, and are so pleasant to deal with and helpful. Dining area is small, though when we stayed i guess occupancy was lower so, did not have any crowding situation. Food was excellent. The cook and the waiting staff were very helpful and made us the jain choice we wanted, though they have limited menu options, they are very flexible in making what you want. Dinner was great, tasty - we had pannier butter masala, phulka and jeera rice. Breakfast was complimentary and the idli, dosa, poori and accompaniments were very good. The chef and waiter remembered our choice and made jain sambar also specifically for us. Checkout process was also seamless.

The entire SUNDEX MAHAL AND APART HOTEL and it's premises are beautiful and spic and span. Rooms are amazing, bathrooms are great with good branded fittings. Beds are cozy, linen used is fresh and crisp. There's ample parking space. We had opted for a triple executive room and deluxe room, both were amazing. You've got basic room amenities like an electric kettle and mini bar. The restaurant is small but beautifully made. Though the breakfast options are limited, the food quality is amazing. The location is also very convenient as it is just a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants, etc. The best part is the service, very quick to address to your needs, and every single person, right from the gatekeeper to the receptionist to janitors would without fail greet you with a smile and "vannakam.

The SUNDEX MAHAL AND APART HOTEL is a relatively new property and is quite neat and clean. Restaurant is relatively small and has limited stuff. They take a lot of time to serve the food.The staff is very scanty. The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with the bathroom in excellent condition. The toiletries were thoughtfully provided, and the room was comfortable and well-prepared. The breakfast was delicious and perfectly organized.

Hotel is spic and span and well maintained. People. Are courteous. Breakfast is truly good. On specific order, the delivery of food is taking lot of time. Just 6m away from brihadeeswara temple. Surely recommended
