This is home stay and not a Sunleo Spice Villas & Homestay So it is cheaper than Sunleo Spice Villas & Homestay in Munnar. It is not exactly located in Munnar but 13 km away from Munnar. If you have your own vehicle it is a very good location to stay Scenery around Sunleo Spice Villas & Homestay is wonderful There are plenty of spices trees around this Sunleo Spice Villas & Homestay You can really enjoy the location and surrounding greenery of Sunleo Spice Villas & Homestay Owner of the Sunleo Spice Villas & Homestay are very helpful and kind Restaurant is not available nearby Sunleo Spice Villas & Homestay but owner arrange whatever you ask them We had asked for 5 ltr milk bread and butter for 10 people and dinner for 10 people. And they charged us for that only in Dec 2015. Surprisingly it looked very cheap to us We had booked our entire south India tour through portal He had shown 100 Sunleo Spice Villas & Homestays to choose from to adjust our comfort and requirements with our budget He was always in touch with during our tour and was available on his mobile He had approached us thrice during our 10 days tour to know if Sunleo Spice Villas & Homestay vehicle is ok and tour is going well or not I really appreciate efforts to make our south India tour a remarkable experience.

"i recently stayed at sunleo spice villas and homestays, and it was an absolute delight. The tranquil surroundings amid-st the spice plantations provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hospitality was good. Byju the care taker showed us the entire plantations. Exploring the spice gardens and trekking in the nearby hills were definite highlights, offering a glimpse into kerala's natural beauty. Food is not available at the premises, you have to go 1km to have food. Overall, my stay at sunleo spice villas and homestays exceeded my expectations, and i would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and rejuvenating getaway"

The location was great and easy to reach as there were signboards on the route. The staff was the owner was really very friendly and they helped us in every way they can. It was a decent stay. It is a good place for families also.
