Very poor hotel with insufficient facilities… no hanger in washroom.. no parking facilities… uploaded photos on website are entirely different from what is seen live… hotel management is poor and basic needs are not being updated (water)… could hear rat sounds in the vent of AC…

It was a good experience with closeness to Central and Egmore Railway Stations. Only the AC needs to be changed from window to split. Other facilities at the hotel were good.

The room was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect — right in the heart of the city. If you're visiting Chennai, this hotel is one of the best options — great budget, excellent service, and overall a wonderful experience!

The check-in experience was extremely disappointing. They refused to accept soft copies or DigiLocker documents and demanded hard copies, charging an extra 50 to 100 rupees for printing. The in-charge staff behaved unprofessionally, drinking and smoking in the waiting area. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and unwelcoming experience.

Good and comfortable stay. The manager and staff are very helpful. walkable distances to the railway station and bus stand.

Room was not up to the mark, n it was smelling, rooms walls plaster was coming off n fungus smell was bad.

The hotel has nothing as displayed in the MMT portal , more terrible was the staff …very rude behaviour , we had already called n informed that we ll be late as we ll finish an IPL match and return around 12am , they said no problem sir but after that they created a nuisance

we have received a room there was no bed linen provided.There was no bathroom towel provided after asking they have given a towel but it was pathetic in condition almost black in colour.

The hotel is too good neat and clean. Toilet bathroom is clean and everything is good. But as they mentioned they allowed unmarried couples when i ask them they no not allowed
