Sunray Homes | Sea View Rooms

Add was for the sea view room, So I booked the same. But a non sea view room was provided at Port Blair.

This property is very good and superb quality is so good. The view is very good and the main thing is that it is a very safe property in the city market Aberdeen bazar. You get all things in walking distance.

Lets first get the good that everyone is talking about. The view of sea from the Big balcony of rooms is great and we get cool air on the balcony. Now the Bads (lot of them) - 1. The room is on 5th Floor, so to enjoy the said Sea view, you will need to climb that many stairs. We could not muster the strength to go to room and spent the afternoon near flag point which is not far from the hotel. 2. The room is average at best, not upto the price you pay. 3. The bathroom light and one room light is connected with the same switch, so if I had to go to bathroom at night, my wife would also get her sleep disturbed, not sure whose genius idea that was. 4. We stayed two days and both the days water went off when we had to take bath, they dont actively monitor water levels, I had to call them to provide water. 5. Water in bathroom is balckish, it would make you wanna skip bathing. 6. No kitchen in restraunt, so again you would have to Climb down the stairs got to market restraunt and then climb tbe mountain again. 7. There is only one staff to help and he was being rude to us from the moment we stepped in, like how did the floor get dirty and stuff. 8. There were Spider webs on the wall. 9. Allout provided had no liquid l, it was empty. 10. Frequent Power cuts at the place.

The rooms were decent and comfortable for the price, but the experience with the breakfast was disappointing. The property doesn’t seem to have a proper kitchen, and the breakfast provided wasn’t up to the mark. During early checkout, we were only given raw bread and butter, even though

Room is clean and also good condition for vacation stay. Sea view as well as stadium is also in front of my room. Its also near to market. Thanks to makemytrip for booking

Beautiful homestay if you want to stay to view of sea. Nice experience to stay here, cellular jail are also near.

Stay was good. The place is quite accessible from the main market. Has a good view of the sea and the sea drive. Rooms were neat and clean. Given we stayed for 5 days was expecting some kind of automatic cleaning service and change of bedsheets at least every alternate day. Didn't know if it was to be asked. Also, given there is no fresh tea/coffee/lunch options available in the hotel it becomes challenging to step out every time unless you have a transportation of your own. The owner is nice person and will accommodate your asks. The above things that i mentioned, if taken care of it will make the stay more comfortable.

It was a nice experience due to its prime location and nice view from the terrace. Also, homestay staff was well trained and their behaviour was very good.

We booked the sea view room. So got a huge balcony where people can enjoy their breakfast and gaze at the sea, Ross Island. Great service by the caretaker Biswajit. Only problem is no lift service and no lunch and dinner service. However they served us idli vada or poori sabji for breakfast from nearby hotel. Biswajit packed bread butter jam for our early morning cruise

location is good with sea view from a big balcony. room was good with dental kit and shampoo given along with the usual soaps, towel, electric kettle with coffee, tea, sugar. complimentary breakfast was a hearty one with poha, bread with butter, chole bhatura, tea and coffee. helpful and friendly staff. i wish hammock and swings can be maintained near the sea so that people can relax more

It's located at inner corner side n much dirty. Showing on paper it's see facing but actually it's not very much difficulty on top floor due to unavailability of lift.

The rooms are spacious. All the amenities are good. The hotel owner is also very cooperative. The breakfast was also good. Overall, the stay was pleasant

the homestay is on a joint property with multiple homestay. this one is at the fourth floor and you have to climb up and down with luggage as only one helpnos available for the entire property. location is very good. room is clean new spacious and comfortable. staff was helpful. only issue is with climbing stairs and old age people should definitely avoid. rest all good

The property is medium to stay. Power cutting happens very often. Food is a big problem as there is no kitchen in the property.

Stayed one night with family group. Rooms and owner is so nice and well behaved. There is no kitchen so lunch and dinner options is not available however you can order food through swiggy or zomato and get plates from hotel.

It was a wonderful experience in sunray homes. Rooms are newly built so very neat and clean. A clear view of roses island and netaji stadium you will get directly from bed. The service provided by them is appreciative. My suggestion is if you are planning with old age people then you should avoid it as it’s on 4th floor with no elevator facility.

Rooms were neat and clean. However there is no pantry in the homestay, also the stay is on 4th floor which can be difficult for aged people
