Rooms are clean, comfortable, and hygienic. Buggy service staff are prompt and polite. The buffet restaurant Blossom serves good food, though the restaurant may need a refreshed look and a wider spread of food options. Food Flower Street offers a lovely ambience, street food options with guest song requests played on the music system — upgrading this to a live performance would make it even more enjoyable. My overall experience was good, but with better grooming of front-desk, housekeeping, and service staff — from good to excellent — the guest experience could truly become exceptional.

new attractions like indoor game area and kids play area are good. as usual the pool and flower garden and fish areas are a delight. Food is good but can be improved ( as compared to the past experience). Ambience is good, welcoming staff. But overall good experience👍.

Our stay was not upto the expectations. We heard a lot about Sunray and wanted to visit since long. Pros 1. The property was really beautiful and the staff are courteous and helpful. Cons 1. We arrived 3 hours post our checkin time and were still asked to wait for 30mins at the reception before we could check in to our rooms. 2. The WiFi was not working in the entire property. 3. There were lot of mosquitoes in the property and especially near the private pool. 4. There was no hot water for bath in the rooms. 5. It was very suprising that there were no cupboards for storage of clothes except in the washroom, not sure what was the reason.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sun Ray Resorts in Vizag, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained with lush greenery, spacious lawns, and a very relaxing atmosphere. It truly feels like a getaway from the busy city life. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always quick to respond to any requests. The food was another highlight – delicious, with a good variety of both veg and non-veg options. The resort also has plenty of activities for both kids and adults – swimming pool, indoor games, outdoor sports, and even cycling paths. It’s a great place for families, friends, or even corporate outings. What I loved most was the peaceful environment and the natural beauty all around. Poor room maintenance was the main issue. Old telephone with poor display. Mosquitos in room . egg smelling bathroom invited us. Janitor just dumped soap liquid and left which made bathroom floor skiddy. Another issue was early closure of kids play areas. After 6 pm I found it tough to engage kids outside. Last but not least. No street lighting inside. We were afraid of snakes due to which we avoided outside walking/cycling.
