when I have called and informed the hotel that late night my family is coming...I have booked 2 rooms and they have allocated every one on 1 room.... this was most pathetic thing hotel has done... when in morning requested to refund the one room amount..they have denied...they said mail to Make My Trip and they wil refund the amount...

The property is getting refurbished, so everything in the room is new (but there is dust also). Breakfast has multiple variety of dishes (Indian though and some cereal). One drawback is they don't have a full scale inhouse kitchen and hence one has to go to nearby restaurants for lunch/dinner. The staff though told me that they start the kitchen soon. Overall value for money, great location with connectivity, and good facilities.

We visited Hyderabad for 7 days and stayed at the hotel . Our stay was very comfortable, the rooms were good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had booked executive room but for our first 2 days they upgraded us to suite room. There was some sound issue with the fan and ac and we had trouble sleeping the first night so they promptly shifted is to a new room. On the second last day of our stay we didn't book the hotel for that day and assumed checkout was on next day. The hotel was also full the same day but the staff was very helpful and shifted the executive room guests to suite room and made 1 executive room available for us at additional cost which we paid the same day. Please do visit and stay here. The locality is also quite good with all facilities available in and around the area and famous restaurants and bakeries are at walkable distance from the hotel

Hotel room was good, clean and spacious but with lots of mosquitoes. Breakfast was strictly ok as not served hot. No kitchen or restaurant in the hotel so food order takes very long to arrive. Location is good and safe. Staff is corteuous and good.
