Sunset Beach Resort

We have been staying in Sunset beach resort for years. Every time we stay for 8-9 nights. It is situated at an excellent location, just 5 mins walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk on the other side gives you access to many good restaurants. The cleanliness is impeccable.. The owner Meltzer Barreto personally takes care that the property is well maintained and clean. Definitely worth staying!!

The resort is located a few minutes away from the nearest beach (Francoise Beach) and is almost 1 km away from Candolim Beach. The pool was large and well-maintained but the area was infested with mosquitoes during dusk. The room and the toilet were clean and spacious. A fridge and a wardrobe were provided. However, the bathroom fittings seemed to be old and wobbly. No dental kit was provided.

I had an excellent stay at the sunset beach hotel. Everything worked for me namely the room, the staffs and the complimentary breakfast. Will definitely come back again.

Room was good. Value for money. But the toilets are very small. Poor quality of towels. Overall property facilities very basic. Gives a feeling of dharmashala. They have a very basic small swimming pool. They have open ground in front of the hotel used for parking full with mud and rain water, car gets stuck. Its a shared parking with no security. On top of that, the nearby taxi guys wouldn't let you park in less muddy area, they will insist you to go park in the deep mud and expect you to walk back in that deep sh*t. I had to park on the road side which is designated as no parking zone by police. Breakfast is very basic but again for price its still okay. Very limited staff but still serve the purse.

It was a nice and pleasant stay at sunset. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Most important is no disturbance at all. One of my favorite resort in goa.

No landline phone in room to connect room service. It's very typical. All time we go to kitchen and tell to item's

Rooms were good, nice pool and food. Staff was very helpful l, nice resort. Beach is only 10 min away by walk from the resort.

It was a wonderful stay at hotel sunset beach resort. The beach is only 300 mtr away from the hotel. Breakfast was awesome and staff are friendly

I enjoyed my stay at sunset beach resort. My daughter enjoyed the pool especially. We had stayed in pool side room. It was nice, comfortable and elegant. Beach is like 300 mtr away but its not the main beach. But near to main beach as well. Shopping and food main street was on walking distance too. Overall relaxed and enjoyed my stay over there. Recommend.

It was horrible. When j called the hotel previous day of my check in date, they told that early check in was available. We made our plans accordingly but when we reached the resort, the person incharge didn't even listen to me and rudely told that early check in is subject to availability. Second there wasn't any basic toiletries provided. Not worth the price which was being paid for the resort. No images sorry.

We have booked this property and it stood to its service and offerings. Manager raj has been really good to help us for any requirements during the stay. We had booked this resort to celebrate my fathers birthday on the 11th october and our stay is blissful here. Keep up the good work. A big thank you from entire family. Regards, gaurav garg

The resort was good just near to beach enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was ok not so good and the look and feel of the place was average. Didn’t feel like i was staying in a resort it felt like a normal hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff was cooperative.

Rooms were clean. Every day cleaning was done. Receptionist was co operative bed was not in condition. (old bed ) food could be far better for 3 star rating. Expensive for the kind of room which i was staying

Stay in the hotel was fine. Amenities weren't as great. Bathroom was small. Room was spacious. Manager is helpful.

Property location is very good. Candolim beach is like 100 mtr away. Taxi & 2 wheeler rent service is in front of hotel only. No worry about parking. Breakfast menu is very limited can be better. Food menu from restaurant is very good and tasty and can be ordered in the room directly. Ac in the room is average. Tv was not working. 2 balcony is there.
