The stay and room quality was good. Very near to the Chennakesava Temple. Room service was available whenever needed.

Morning staff were good, evening receptionist was absolute worst, i really thought he must be a oner to speak so rule to customer, breakfast was free right we got parcel and that too for just 2 people we were a family of 3, what will the kid eat , so asked for milk since there was not coffee or milk at least so that idiot receptionist said not my problem, i would give -1 star just because other staff was good and the room was decent gave 3 The morning staff were good, but the evening receptionist was extremely rude. Excellent service by team at Hotel. Neat and prompt in their service. You need to go out for food. Impressed with their protection in corners of furniture so that safety is taken care. No sharp edges in furniture. Toiletries like shampoo, tooth paste, tooth brush etc were in place. Booked through make my trip made the trip easy

Location was apt.. clise to the main temple. Nice facilities.. room was good. No restaurant as such, so we managed food outside, which was OK, as we had good options not far off.

quite a decent place to stay. nothing to rave about. meets the need. very near to the temple. clean and well maintained

I enjoyed the stay. Hotel don't have restaurant. Plus point is Hotel near to the temple and near to the temple lot of hotels for food. We need to park our vehicle outside.

Good Location. Poor Park8ng, No lift to enter the bullding, Associations an aged person Commuting to Car from room and back was miserable. A fresh linen was not provided. towels were unhygienic.

Breakfast was included in the package. But they said that breakfast was not available in their place and brought idli wrapped in some plastic paper. They do not give option for breakfast also. This is not the expectation when we go with breakfast package. It was a miserable experience this morning and very upsetting

All fine except the complementary break fast, they don't have restaurant and has to bring it from out side , the staff is very rude and said only one dish per person. He was taking rudly when we ask for just a extra plate of idli. They don't deserve any respect. I was not in a position to argue hence I left , I will never go there.

All the amenities were good. The hotel didn't have any options for food and beverages. Service is very good.

Rooms r specious, was rooms also clean N neat, Very near to temple. They provided complimentary breakfast. Breakfast also good. Staff also nice & cooperative. But a small issue is dirty bedsheets, bed rolls. When am asking for clean bedsheets, they immediately changed. Over all very good stay, Budjet friendly

The property was decently maintained with all amenities as promised. Was friendly during check in and check out process. There is no restaurant on premise but they take your food orders and deliver to you on about 30-40 minutes. All the items as per an elaborate menu card they have. Good stay for the price.

Location is very good..barely 5 min walk to Belur temple. Room was clean, toiletries & towels were all in place. Everything was working as expected. Big thumbsup!!

room size and bathroom kit was good as expected. located near by temple is good. Bedsheet were not clean. continues power cut.. no backup facility. room service, parking and guidelines were disappointed.

Clean and spacious rooms. Showers were very good, new property. Very near to temple walkable distance. They help to order your dinner/ lunch which is outsourced. Family can stay comfortably

Fan in one of the rooms was not working properly , cost of the service is too high

the position is excellent, very closed to the temple. clean and the owner is very kind. I really recommend this hotel.

Stay was really amazing. services was good and comfortable. loved most. Yagachi river boating was memorable.
