Property is located in a very quiet and calm area that is easily accessible from highway with wide roads. Sufficient parking space. The manager and support staff went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and safe. He enquired as to when we would like to use the pool so that he can make it exclusive for us (like request the non family groups to not use the pool. Clean pool, great aesthetics. Even though there is no in-house restaurants, there are a few restaurants that service the area (directly and via swiggy. One of the best villas i have visited till now in kanyakumari. The manager & caretaker were really helpful and friendly, they knew how to serve their customers. The room was equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. A good place to spend time with family and friends. The total ambience was lovely. Also, they have a very secure and safe environment with car parking. My main attraction in this property was the pool, awesome size and well maintained. They had a garden and a kids play area which is also good. They don't have an in-house restaurant, but they have tied up with a few good restaurants, also we can order online. Overall my experience was awesome. Highly recommend.

The property is beautiful and location is great. Perfect for watching the sunrise on rasthakadu beach which is just a 2 mins walk. The area is quiet and safe. We booked 2 rooms. A/c worked perfectly. The bed was big and comfortable. They were tidy-ish. The kitchen sink area on the counter seemed neglected and tap was rusty. Both rooms had a faint smell of drainage. The bathroom was clean but had an old toilet and barely any space from the toilet to shower. No amenities such as hand towels, toilet paper, space for luggage etc it was okay for a night's stay. For a longer stay, these would definitely bother me.

I must say, this is the best stay of our 8 days trip. Beautiful property, amazing location, clean rooms and all amenities are accurately described in mm t description. Beach is 2 minutes walk and there is no other property in that area. Surrounded with coconut plantation. Caretaker makes tea/coffee/milk in the morning and food comes from outside, you can order from the given menu, food is tasty. You can play is swimming pool for hours because there is nil or very less chlorine used. Overall this stay will give you rich experience.

I believe one of the best property i stayed in recent time. 50 meters from beach. Hotel is located at a very quiet area with less hustle and bustle with a very clean beach and water the manager is very helpful. Also setup and room has a premium look with a very economical rate. This is a hidden gem thanks once again i will also recommend call the manager because the location is little far from kanyakumari beach around 10 mins. Rastakoudu road

We had an wonderful experience here. The location was perfect for my family. The kids enjoyed the pool. 5 mins walk to beach for the sunrise is awesome. The staff ( manager - samsudheen, caretaker - jeyasingh) were polite and responded to all our requests.

The people are extremely nice and warm. Very friendly stay - the host was extremely helpful and guided us well. They took care of all our food / stay / travel needs. The rooms are pretty neat and clean - worth the price and comfortable stay.

The property is bang on beach hardly 100 meters and it’s like a private beach. Property is very well maintained with clean and well laid out rooms and excellent staff. It was a memorable stay and will surely recommend to everyone.
