The room was clean, staff were very friendly, and the place was very nice. You can call them in advance for them to send an auto since uber/rapido isn't present in the area (you will likely get scammed or asked an outrageous price by the local driver)

Pro’s: Rooms are in good condition ; friendly staff ; perfect location for family timeout ; beach in less than 100 meters ; decent size pool for children and adults Con’s : If you are coming with private vehicle 🚗 then this location easily accessible else you have to spend for rented vehicles to reach everyone to prime locations, little faul smell out of drainage coming from kitchen sink makes discomfort at times, restaurant and nearby shops are not available to buy some essential and necessary items (if you come with babies)

The property is neatly maintained by the staffs and perfect for a family stay. Staffs are well behaved and food also worth for the price. Beach is very near and good for seeing sunrise. Want to go again for long days.

The stay at this property was a wonderful experience. Located close to the beach, it offers a serene setting with the added of both sunrise and sunset views. The property was neat and clean , featuring a small basketball court, a volleyball court, a children’s play area, and a well maintained swimming pool suitable for adults and kids. Though there is no restaurant on-site, the property provides a comfortable outdoor dining space, and food can be conveniently ordered from outside. The staff were courteous and attentive. Overall, it is a peaceful retreat with good amenities, ideal for families and those seeking relaxation. 🌿🌅✨

We had a great experience. Stayed with family for 1 day, the location is beautiful and is secluded from the city which was peaceful. The bunk room was great to stay together as group. Hospitality was great, they were super helpful with any requests. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, it was neat and is open till 10pm. We had a great experience. Place is good, service is excellent. People really cares customers. Only improvement required is some shelf is required to keep toothpastes amd brushes in bathroom.

We had a truly wonderful and pleasant stay at Sunshine Villas. The property was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The caretakers were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the best parts is that the villa is located just a short walk from the beach. They also have a heated pool, which was a real blessing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our family time here.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunshine villas. The room is spacious, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The location is fantastic as it is 2 mins walk from the beach. The property has a lot of privacy and the locale is quite and therefore it was great to relax. The swimming pool is large enough and we had a great time swimming. All in all a gem of a place. Will recommend it to anyone looking forward to a relaxing stay in kannyakumari. We do plan to stay there again when we visit there.
