We got a room in outside premises which frankly is quite a bummer. all that got compensated by the quality of staff. Food is great. All staff interactions are so good. The resort is run by genuinely good heart-ed folks. Our driver got accommodation and food which was complementary. As per him, in 20 years of his work life never ever he was treated this nicely. So kudos for that. The room quality is nearly offset by the most amazing view of the tea gardens. One can also enjoy tea and pakodas on a hazy evening overlooking the beautiful landscapes. The highlight of this stay was tea gardens safari. Forget lamb rock, dolphin nose and other touristy places which are frankly all craps the safari took us to the most peaceful secluded places with countless clouds merging into the endless tea gardens. The safari guide was also amazing! all in all - a stay which started with lots of grumpiness seeing the room and ended with lots of memories. Thanks sun-valley team.

The place has an amazing view of tea estates from the room. A calm, pleasant and beautiful place to spend time. The restaurant is good especially the breakfast. The dinner is also good but limited options in the menu. The staffs are very sincere and supportive in helping us. The room is neat, clean and comfortable. The surrounding is also beautifully maintained. The road to the place is narrow at some points in the last 1 km.

One of the best locations in the con-nor area for a peaceful stay. Though its approach road is slightly inside through a residential area, once you reach there the vibes are at a different level. Their staff has hospitality in their dna and you will be in full care in all aspects throughout the period. The homely food quality and taste is amazing, be prepared to take a break from diet controls if followed!

overall stay was excellent..room cleanliness was very good..breakfast was amazing and dinner served was also very much delicious..the restaurant persons services were also amazing..overall staff were very good and disciplined..i would like to visit this homestay again..🙏🙏

Beautiful property but the locality is a bit tricky. You need to get down a lot to get to the property. The food was ok and chicken and fish was a bit undercooked. But the breakfast was really nice with a wide variety of spread. Staff is courteous as well.

Set amid-st lush tea estates, this Sunvalley Homestay | Valley-view Rooms is one of the best places to stay in coonoor. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food tastes like home cooked food

Excellent stay at sun-valley homestay. Rooms have a beautiful view. All basic amenities available. Neat and clean. The restaurant opens up to a mesmerising tea valley. Will stay here again if visiting next time.
