while Booking it's shows that amenities will be TV, toiletries and ac and last complimentary late check out 2 hrs but the hotel members saying that all provide will be only for direct hotel booking , so TV wasn't there,AC wasn't working and late check out also they didn't accepted and reverse saying it's not updated in the system

Overall an average hotel. The only plus point is the location to the nearest Mall near Kothaguda circle.

Poor electrical system. No AC half of day. When power is back online, AC was not cooling the room. No help from MakeMyTrip customer care as they want email from Hotel to cancel the booking

The rooms are not cleaned, they are giving used towels and the water is also bore water. Tv is not working and bed is so worst. There is no complementary breakfast which is mentioned in the app.

The room service was prompt and efficient, loved the cozy vibe of the room, felt cozy and inviting.
