Services are very poor even AC not working in Day time. No house keeing, Very non hygienic. cleaness is too poor so never ever stay in such properties. Make my trip please dehire this hotel else your rating will be also down

Bathroom door not working swches is not working Home lights, washroom door is not working and also not working TV also, not recharge, but not working. Thank you.

Excellent support from the hotel management and makemytrip. Truly appreciated . We saved lots of money a great decision at both the parties. Coming to the hotel and the hospitality was really excellent . As we are planning the office trip around 60+ staff next month .. I will recommend or choose this hotel for our first choice .. thanks

location is good. parking is a bit tricky as it's first come first serve basis. during rainy days the environment is bad. water in the corridors. mosquito is the rooms. door locks are faulty. hotel is not providing complimentary water bottle also.

Very bad beds and dirty rooms. Full bugs in the room.. no maintenance no proper response and worest service..

Near by location to Railway Station,Good to stay, but no breakfast available as shown during booking .

Service is very poor. They come after 30-40 min at least. If you call up the reception for a reminder they are rude. The bed was clean but the cupboards were dirty and the bathroom exhaust didn't work. AC worked only at 19degrees

I booked a hotel room with a king size bed in this hotel and they gave me two beds. I only had one. Why did they give me this? no rooms. no drinking water and tv also not working

it's not much good//while booking charged for including breakfast but they are not having that facility .

Comfortable rooms with convinent atmosphere. Near to the highway and access to all the popular areas in vijayawada

Superb rooms and more comfortable all available facilities near shop's and staff are friendly and i must recommend

Room is not neat bedsheets and blanket is very smell even they are not providing plates also zero ratings

Reception Staff behaviour is dangerous and he refused to do check in at 1AM, The parking space is not adequate for bigger cars. Staff behaved rudely. Rooms are not good for family, smoking smell was everywhere. Bedsheets were unclean, no complimentary water bottles provided. Breakfast money taken but not provided.

Room was ok not great, bathroom wall observed water dampness. Room smells, main door have no lock from outside, easily can be opened with out smart lock key(not working, can leave laptop or any gadgets in the room.

Rooms are too small, door knobs not functioning properly. Staff has not been cordial, overall bad experience
