It’s worth, nice room and nice maintenance overall Super keep maintain like this if I want hotel again I will choose again nyc

It is terrable stay I have changed the room twice for Ac not working. Very bad smell Un cleaned wash room Dirty walls. Floor sleepery Lift not working properly Car parking issue

Location good, did not give water bottle; I asked, they charged me. Bad staff behavior. Room is good.

I never faced this type of worst hotel with receptionist...the dirtiest hotel aand as like the impolite receptionist

Receptionist he didn't behave like a receptionist, he resisted to accept room booking from an online app, because it offered less price. The way he talks is also not good. And the rooms are also not clean, dirty marks on the room and washroom walls. They collected 2k for missing room key. I don't know the price of room key. Only one bottle is complimentary per room which booked for 2 people. I senced the behaviour of receptionist in starting only. But we don't have time to go to other hotels at that time. It is not recommendable in any aspect.

It's good basic facilities nd hair dryer provided it's good overall

Property location is good but maintenance of room is very bad, tv is not working properly, ac condition is not good. beds and pillows are very bad, towels are not good. over all experience is very bad and I will give rating 5 out of 2.

I recently stayed at Super Capital O Siddhartha Grand in Vijayawada, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was in a deplorable state, with dirty bed sheets, pillowcases, and an unclean bed. The toilets were equally disappointing, as they were not maintained well and lacked basic hygiene. Overall, the property seemed poorly maintained, which significantly impacted my stay. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance makes it a place to avoid.

The rooms were dirty and the washroom also very dirty. Smell and very old not satisfied which we pay amount no hot water and no television working

Previous stay at this hotel in march24 was good however the property is not maintained well. Absolutely zero hygiene be it bed lenin or washrooms. Paint peeling off the walls, water increasing walls, unclean floor tiles, torn bed sheets.

It was a good hotel. The rooms where clean with good service by the staff. The room was spacious and would have been great if the bathroom handle was fixed.
