Super Capital O Hotel Moody Inn

I had a very bad experience in a hotel moody in,their staff was very careless and they are not allowing customer to enter in the hotel. However, I called the manager who was working and she told me where is the location of the hotel and but the hotel receptionist was not telling me the exact location of the hotel because they didn't want customer to join their hotel or to stay in the hotel . My experience was not so good and service also was not good and a very bad room was given to me. I had a terrible experience during my stay at Hotel Moody Inn. The receptionist was extremely rude to me When I finally arrived, I was given a very bad and dirty room for my one-night stay. The overall behavior and attitude of the staff were unacceptable. It appears that the hotel is not supportive of online bookings and prefers to take customers offline to charge more money.

they asked to pay more amount for room they don't take bookings from make my trip.the booking is done through oyo so the charges extra charge

Location is good but condition of hotel is not good washroom light is not working geyser is not working

The room size is too small no service Provided by the hotel no kitchen available so dirty room plate provided is plastic no glass what I say is just a waste of money

It was good but someplace i won't go next time as it's meant for short trips not on a long run

I booked seeing the photo, but when i reached it was totally different. I was traveling with my family mummy, aunt y uncle and cousin rooms were dirty, bathroom were dirty, pathetic experience. No food or tea available, even we didn't get complimentary seal packed water bottles.

The photos they uploaded the hotel is not like this it's different. There was very difficult to locate this because location is incorrect and named as a another hotel in real. Room was not cleaned washroom flush not working properly. Its very unhygienic. So i recommend not to come and book it. This is totally worst and waste of time and comfort.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. No cleanliness. Not supplied with even water bottle, toilet war horrible. Make my trip should not recommend these type of hotels as we pay full amount and it can't be refunded the manager behaved in a rude manner, it's a dent on your brand.

The room was good with all the amenities. Although the hotel was clean. Best hospitality from the hotel staff members. Very friendly budget hotel.

Good location, fast room service, comfortable and clean room, easy check-out process. The stay was fantastic.

It was a complete fake. There is no existence of the hotel at this location. I am very disappointed with it. Please look into this matter very seriously

Not cleaning room

The tv is not working and when asked the staff said due to short circuit the tv connection removed, no cleanliness, geyser is not working when asked the staff reply, why i need to take hot water bath in summer, and the room which is entirely different from the images posted, guest are misunderstanding and booking with this hotel. So pathetic

Had a hassle-free experience at this hotel - the room was clean, the bed was cozy, and the staff was friendly.
