Very bed service and staff behaviour very best and rudely and no lift and no rooms clean and one female staff in counter she is very bed tipe talking no ac no fan and no Tv like very very bed service I riquest alll coustmer please don’t visit this hotel this is very bed hotel

Hotel are clean and maintain but staff are changing extra cost of 200 rs at a time of check-in

Breakfast was included in our booking but hotel denied that on our face without any reason; half of the day, since power backup is poor, ac doesn’t work

Property location was bit difficult to reach as it was far from main road. I didn't order any food as it was slightly expensive and other amenities were fine but i was unable to connect to wifi and their tv required subscription to watch any good channels.

I love this place. It is good place for couple and staff behaviour is nice and familiar. I want visit again and again.

Staff behaviour wasn't good.. After arguing for sometime they agreed to provide decent room with working ac.. Though room and bathroom were clean.. Also the location was half km away from main road..which i covered by walking

Room was clean but in bathroom. Flush lid was not present. I complained about it. But the stay was very pleasant. We were given breakfast in time. It was good. Staff were supportive.

Everything was good except one thing. Bathroom is not attached with the room. It's room no 204, which was provided to me.

Bathroom provided was not attached to the room rather it was outside as if we paid for hostels instead of hotel. Staff did not co-operate for resolution of the issue. And there was no lift for going for 3rd or 4th floor as well.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

Receptionist is very friendly and the staff are very professional, hygiene maintained and food very delicious

Staff is asking for more money then the price offered by make my trip i booked with breakfast but breakfast was not given. Wifi was not working no hot water in tap.

Staffs are not flexible for customers. They are like you can trust them but they will not. Check in is also a big problem. They didn’t keep our room ready. Once we arrive here they started cleaning the room. We have to wait very long for it. Once we entered room we found that bedsheet has big stan, they didn’t have chabged the sheet. We have to force them to change it

My stay in this hotel was good. I was provided with all the amenities. The staff was very polite. They helped me with everything

I booked with breakfast and lunch/dinner capital o hotel the tulip but there was no room with attached bathroom and they shifted to me in another hotel and no food was provided complementry

It was nice stay. I would recommend to others. Kindly add some more amenities in room to make it better. At-least tea/coffee castle must be there

Ridiculous. Yes! i was being forced to pay extra money to the hotel. Before paying the extra money i called you people and you people gave me the assurance to resolve it in 15 mnts but after a day too neither i nor the hotel person received any call from your end & finally before check out of hotel we paid the extra money to them. Who'll be there to give me the refund. In this regard also i have intimated you people on yesterday and the guy assured me that i'll get a call but till now no call is there.

Accomodation is worth the money. Hotel staffs are extremely courteous. Inhouse food facility is affordable and hygienic.
