Collection O Kukatpally S Palace

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The whole building was dirty with water leaking in places and collecting on the stairs. The room has never been cleaned. The bed sheets were than that of a The Bathroom was where the cistern lid was broken and the flush didn't function. The reception guyand the lift didn't work. In spite of the all upfront payment I was given 110 room which was the room in the whole building stating that no other room was available. I left the next day without asking for a refund since I had other work to finish. If a hotel exists in the Kukatapally never go there.

nothing facility they have provided, no hot water, no clearness, no lift, no towel, no soup, even lot of mosquito in the room,

bad quality of service,no water in bath room and there are mosquitos in hotel.how I don't think it is a luxury hotel

It’s a very bad experience while i was searching the hotels it shows good when i was going to the location the place was very scary i was not safe for girls i was trying to cancel my booking with in 1hr before only but it won’t accept the process mainly contact number also not given properly it’s show haryana gurugram location on contact it was very bad. I don’t go inside the hotel i went in cab while i was seen in the location entrance it was like not good not safe so i came back in same cab i didn’t go inside i don’t have any picture

Recently I stay at this hotel, first room was a bobot, the bed was used, pillow cover was also in the whole Mosquitoes troubled me the whole night, I could not sleep' bathroom light was not working also sower is , water didn't come properly, dirty bathroom, and there was a foul smell coming from the whole room, it felt like I was going to vomit I have never seen such a bad hotel till date' vary, bad experience' I don't suggest anyone to go to go

Located in a remote location with no shops or restaurants nearby. Door not locking and no water supply. When water supply was fixed, room was flooded with water. Bed was dirty and the overall stay was very unhygienic.

The rooms were pretty good nd the staffs were friendly. The location is easily accessible. If you are searching for the stay in budget you can stay here.

The hotel is at a lonely place out of city. But price wise is fine. No kitchen & no food stall nearby or any market. You have to order for food online. No hot -water in the bathroom, they may provide a heating rod. Enjoyable as it's away from noisy vehicle horns. Rooms are ok with new bed linen & towel. Extra small space for putting your luggage & cloths. Over all stay is ok for this price.
