Good over all Good .staff are to nice and helpful and place also so nice .staying is so nice and give good service at all

The experience was not good. The room, though was small, it wasn't clean. The bedsheets weren't changed, stains on the bedsheets, lift not working, no phone in the room. So if you want anything, you need to walk down to reception everytime. If you switch off the lights, cockroaches come out. Bathroom wasn't clean, water leaking. Not sure if this was the problem with all rooms but my experience was not so good.

Its a brothel not hotel I am booked this hotel with my mom for a short visit for her pension money from IIMB (Indian institute of management) i feel ashamed bcs what happening there is its like prostitution centre not safe for family...no hygiene no room service no battery back up no hot water no towel no plate no chair only a single bed for sex purpose

The experience was totally bad. If i have to summarize, 1. There were no hot water on time to take bath. Although i requested the reception well in advance, i was late to my office and training because they didn't address the issue correctly. 2. Bathroom taps were leaking. 3. Bed sheets were not clean 4. Pillow must be replaced not just change the cover. It's very dirty.

I must tell you this hotel is just running on luck. My experience has been terrible(twice) 1. AC not working 2. No hot water on time (I had to wait so long every for 2 days that I ended up not reaching mu training on time) 3. Bedsheets, Pillows are not clean. 4. Poor condition of bathroom taps(always leaky)

Overall Experience is good. Price is also good. Lift facility available. Staff is good. Food service is available from a nearby restaurant.
