While booking through Oyo,we booked with complementary. But morning without any information,they denied breakfast and told to take money from Oyo. It was very irritating their response. I never support this type of management

Faced great difficulty in searching the property. it was old house recently converted to a Hotel without basic amenities washroom and even mineral water was not available. They were serving RO water only. No kitchen. wastage of Money.

The property is very poor, the room is not clean, and the bathroom is dirty. It was a very bad experience to stay there with eight family members with four rooms. Property conditions are very poor, no manners in staff to handle staff. The room and bathroom are dirty. According to the property I chitted to take four rooms. I never book on line

everything was good, But Signage on main road required, got difficulties in finding it, Towels are not provided. these are two negative points. beware- Search on map only from MMT maps as ine more hotel with the name collection o there at Civil lines.

Really a good stay , neat and cleas washroom and location is very good . hotel should provide more then on towel that's my suggestion to the hotel .

Hotel was average but clean, room was very spacious but towels were dirty, no water/tea kettle was provided, the staff was very unprofessional (not rude but didn’t know how to treat the guests, no courtesy), the hotel manager was helpful only till time of arrival, after that he was busy in watching TV in common area in full volume even at night hours, not attending to calls, giving irrelevant reasons for not giving water (tanker hasn’t come, all the water is finished) etc., no courtesy in helping with bags (we had elderly female in our group), very casual in his approach (complaining constantly that so many people are coming for kumbh, it’s so crowded, we are going crazy etc.). Not a very good experience, specially when you come with family. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel to family people. Young groups can come as the location of hotel is very nice. The food served by kitchen was very tasty (basic home made types) but very very over priced.

Rooms were spacious, but staff and service were poor, no supply of towels or soap apparently no stock. Food was excellent which was not managed by the hotel it was a third party set up. Location was very good. Average ratings against the pricing.

There is no restaurant for with dining table for eating. Only room service. Wifi is very weak.
