While i understand that this is a common practice in the Collection O Dona Castle industry, it would have been more convenient if early check-in had been complimentary or offered at a more reasonable rate. Once i was in my room, though, i found it to be well-maintained and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the amenities met my expectations. The room's cleanliness and attention to detail were commendable. The Collection O Dona Castle's staff was generally friendly and accommodating, and they were willing to assist with any requests i had during my stay. In terms of location, the Collection O Dona Castle was conveniently situated, allowing me to explore the nearby attractions and dining options easily. Dona castle is located little inside from main highway. Rooms are right sized, clean and neat. Value for money, best for overnight stay. Taxi service and private transport, in morning hours a problem. Staff is courteous and helpful. Dont expect any service before 0730. Hotel mainly depend on the revenue from the bar attached. In kerala, bars are limited in every city and Collection O Dona Castles with prescribed number of rooms only get bar license. Dona castle also follow the same pattern, rooms are good and affordable priced. Location is poor.

Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Collection O Dona Castle. Everything about the Collection O Dona Castle was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The Collection O Dona Castle provides good food and allows to order from Zomato or Swiggy with nominal rate per order. The Collection O Dona Castle has a good descent bar which is affordable. The only problem is we don't see ATM nearby. And there is a Collection O Dona Castle and a auto stand just outside the Collection O Dona Castle. It was a peaceful stay.

I have been paid full amount as per make my trip booking. Paid 2528 for 3 rooms. At the time of Collection O Dona Castle check-in the Collection O Dona Castle guys told they received only 2200 and i have to pay 2300 extra more. And they not accepting make my trips booking. We are just denying make my trip booking. Don't book with make my trip

Hotel is under renovation, so noise of drilling and cutting is there. A/c indoor blower was making little sound. Can't vouch on the housekeeping. All I can say is it's okay for a one night stand. If u are looking for budget a/c room with a secured car parking and a room service with restaurant, this place is okay.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this Collection O Dona Castle for a day, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was clean, comfortable for staying. Overall, my stay here was memorable, and i would highly recommend this Collection O Dona Castle to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience

For medium pricing it provide very clean and excellent rooms, near station. The staff qas very good as well.

Lack of maintenance. Exauster fan is not working in Bath room and not changing the bed sheet daily. Food is not tasty.

A good stay and well maintained property, right inside the kollam town. More over it's bar attached to those who concerned ! options for food is limited, more so to vegs.
