Very worst rooms and beds are not cleaning the room not cleaning bad staff behaviour rude

very bad. bedsheets and pillows dirty and not washed . paid for breakfast,but they said they are not providing.

The hotel entire staff is wonderful and friendly. I always have all of my questions answered with ease.

I looked up this hotel and discovered that its pricing are quite low. I had booked the hotel for an immediate trip, but i found a reasonable deal.

The hotel booking price is quite affordable, and the services are excellent. I loved it. I am impressed with the whole service here.

There is no proper parking and there is no in house restaurant available. Rooms are good and clean.

Firstly there was not a single staff on the counter and we had to wait for like half an hour for someone to respond and check us in even after having prebooked room. When we entered the room it was full of house flies and mosquitos. The bed, floor, bathroom everything was stinking and dirty. We complained about the flies to the manager his response was that the flies won't bite and they didn't even provide the spray for flies and mosquitos. When we complained about dirty room they said the cleaning staff only comes in the morning so it was not possible to clean it. They didn't had power backup at the hotel and the power went for like 3-4 hours. The facility was smelling like some animal died there. Nothing was clean. It was like staying in hellhole or a gutter.

The housekeeper was not available at around 10 pm when we asked to change the bedsheets. The staff said that the housekeeper's duty is only until 9 pm. If we're staying for 24 hours, we're authorised to get any service for 24 hours. The staff was uncooperative and a bit rude. Not value for money at all!

I didn't stay there at all. Hotel person denied to provide a room n asked us to cancel the booking. Make-my trip customer care didn't respond properly at the issue. Terrible experience with make my trip
