No water and poor hospitality

it's budget friendly in tngo phase 2, but it's not worthy AC is not working , there is hot water , rooms also not ckear

The room wasn’t good. There was sound with fan. It was difficult to sleep with the sound. Water was getting clogged and they were not coming to clean. Bathroom lock wasn’t proper. TV wasn’t usable. They didnt come to clean the room once in 4 days. It wasn’t clean at all

facilities not good I was booked Air conditioning room but not working air conditioning in room, drinking water also not given.

Ac is not working in room. poor service lift not operating on 5Th floor location is some what inside

The room was not cleans properly and also asked for a room change they said all rooms were fully booked

cockroaches everywhere. No water bottle, towels, or soap etc. was kept in the room. Very small, dirty and smelly room. No mirror in the bathroom, broken taps and jet. Never experienced this before anywhere. the only good part was the staff behaviour, upon complaint, they sent someone with beygone spray and cleaned the bedsheet.

It was good , but there is NO Geyser , no towels , no sanitaires, no water . We expect some water for guests

The ac room was small and the staff was polite. They did not provide a water bottle to charge 25rs for each bottle. The rest of the things are good. I never face any problem.

Room is good.. bathroom not good.. its luks so conjusted.. no space inside.. water drainage inside the bathroom also not good. The important problem is property is not providing complimentary breakfasts. Its just included in booking site..But they r not provided.. I am giving an avg rating for this property

no proper maintenance and rooms are smelly and almost all rooms are with less amenities… i changed 2 rooms at the time of 11 pm
