I made full payment while booking. Without intimation they allotted My room so others who came there directly for Stay. My booking shifted to another hotel where the stay is pathetic. The hotel people did the same to two other couples who made payment & bookings like me. This is really cheating

The room was very clean and comfortable .The ambience was very friendly.The provisons in the room has good quality,.

Restaurant denied to provide free normal drinking water they forced me to purchase water bottle. They are saying we are not providing free water to the guest who booked the room from MMT.

Peaceful stay hassle free.would definitely recommend this stay.

Even after 4 hours late Chek in hotel management has started cleaning after that....very poor maintenance also...worst experience

Staff was not at all cooperative. Giger was not worked in one room. No generator during power cut. Towel was smell different not usual. I don't have images. I came back to my home town

I would say the location is good with regards to accessibility to markets and railway station and bus stand. The staff at hotel is not very courteous. Rooms are decently hygienic.

Hotel was good but the toilet was not maintained well and the bedsheet and pillows were not cleaned.

Location was good and peaceful. Hotel service was satisfactory. Parking facility available. Tv was not working though.

I am not happy with this Hotel Stay, I have opted for Breakfast but they brought spoiled items from local taila. unhygienic, Not Recommended.

I have booked 3 persons in one room in that hotel they have showed 1 single bed and one double bed after check-in that hotel they have given only one double bed and they have given only one towel for three persons they are not giving extra towel. They have given only one double bed we three persons were adjusted in this bed. Room number 307

Very bad experience. The rooms are not clean with bad smell and there are mosquitoes. The walls are not sound proof and we can hear lot of disturbance from outside. Only one towel is provided for one room which is ridiculous. Overall i would not recommend to stay with family.

Ok not that great. Lot of improvement n customer satisfaction n good amenities should be provided. Facilities are not great.

It is a terrible experience. The floor is not at all clean. when you step on it, it is very sticky. Towels and bedsheets are a bit smelly. Definitely not at all worth what ever was paid.

The quiet surroundings and generous accommodations made this hotel stand out. The staff was professional and attentive.

The accommodations were immaculate and large, creating a comfortable experience. The calm ambiance added to the relaxation.

Pathetic place with no basic facilities. It's a service apartment priced too high n staff lack basic hospitality skills.
