Collection O Kalyan East

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The owner and most of the staff behave extremely rudely and unprofessionally. There was a lean guy working there who disrespected me when I simply asked him to open the gate in the morning. He even used language towards me and spoke badly about his own owner. The overall behaviour was shocking and unacceptable. The only person who treated me well was Pankaj, who was polite and helpful. Apart from him, the rest of the staff made the entire stay extremely unpleasant. Major Cons: Rude, aggressive, and behaviour from the owner and staff That lean staff member used language and argued unnecessarily Dirty rooms filled with mosquitoes and cockroaches don’t match the actual rooms Uncomfortable and unsafe environment, especially for couples Poor hygiene with cockroaches near food I would not recommend The Collection O Kalyan East to anyone.

very terrible even water not available in washroom from 02-11-2025 ( 17:00 hrs ) to 03-11-2025 ( 11:00 hrs) also many cockroach present near bed washroom and lobby and room was smelling very badly.
