There are no food facilities like pantry, Also there are no laundry facilities, Inside the room there is no facility like kettle for hot water and tea coffee, in general the stay looks like mansion

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Booking Dear [Booking Platform/Company], I'm writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration with my recent booking experience. Despite booking a property for two days, I was forced to switch to another property without any prior information. The new property was 19 km away, and upon arrival, I found that there were no rooms available. I was left standing on the road . I request a full refund , I haven't received any compensation or resolution. This experience was a complete waste of my time and money.
