room is clean and neat bathroom only very small heater also working properly and ac also working properly... nobody press the calling bell didn't ask something, very silent and calm language issues only little bit otherwise all things is good..worth for money..

I have been here for a prolonged stay, I have to point out that all rooms are not the same, nor as comfortable. The first room i got was miserable at best, without windows, now I have moved to a much bigger room. But the bathrooms are all very small in every room.

To MAKY MY TRIP TEAM: Pathetic Experience – Request for Refund. We had booked Super Collection O Hotel at Kelambakkam via MakeMyTrip, but were shockingly allotted a completely different property named Collection Hotel at another location. This was clearly a case of misrepresentation. We had shared all evidences and pics through email on real time. The issue was raised immediately at the time of check-in, but neither the hotel staff nor MakeMyTrip provided any support. What followed was one of the worst hospitality experiences we have ever faced. Major issues faced: 1. Rooms were completely unclean and unhygienic. 2. No bedsheets were provided for change. 3. No drinking water was provided – instead, we were asked to pay extra every time. 4. No basic toiletries like soap were available. 5. Washrooms were extremely dirty and dusty. 6. Staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. 7. The hotel staff had no idea how to communicate with guests. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and we strongly advise others not to book this hotel. We trusted the MakeMyTrip platform, and it failed us. I am demanding a full refund for this unacceptable experience.

it is very terrible experience.when I came the hotel at 13/7/25with my daughter after getting confirmation completed the payment for twodays the receptionist told to me there is no room for us.I asked he to give back my money. He said me to call customer care.after long time fighting he gave a room without ac and hotwater.I came there for my daughter's Vit admission.so there is no otherway .sonwe stayed one day and vacate nextday morning 9.30 and choose another hotel for next day .i lost my money made me a terrible experience .

dirty bedsheets, pilli cover , spreads, no waste basket provided, breakfast included but not provided, stinky rooms, room no 20, broken toilet roof, dirty, health faucet not working, no teapoy, no doors to cupboard, no complimentary drinking water....worst

A quiet escape in the middle of the city. This place has charm, comfort, and an incredible staff. So happy we found it!

Deceived by the review. It's a lodge and the room smells and bed sheets were dirty. Not worth for the.money they charge.
