No response from the receptionist, no towels, no toiletries and no hospitality. Toilets were stinking as if its a public toilet

Hotel was overpriced, was not clean probably, bathrooms syn was leaking

It was horrible. Our booking was confirmed but when we reached the hotel, they moved us to different hotel and it was pathetic. We checked 3 rooms and in each of them something was wrong. Because it was already late in the night so we decided to stay there. Overall experience was very bad with this property.

It was terrible first they reduce to give us room saying they are overbooked even when we had pure paid booking. Then they said they have room but it’s unhygienic and broken, and you have to adjust in that. After placing complain on make my trip they gave us room but the unclean and broken one. Ac was not working, washroom taps were broken, flush was broken.

Terrible place to stay even after paying 3000. Unclean rooms, no hotel help to put luggage, improper hygiene in hotel and corridors, no welcoming behaviour, received locally filled water bottle rather than proper branded mineral water bottle, mosquitos in room and toilet, phone not working. No proper way to talk. No one should ever book this hotel. Even mmt should duelist this hotel.

AC was broken and not working. Toilet was leaking and broken. Even telephone landline to call room service was not working. Bedsheets were dirty. Soup and towel was provided only after asking. Location is very good. Parking space is available.
