bathroom is smelling, badsheet having smell of raining season

Firstly the are declining our stay they told me that in that price the will not let me stay .that was terrible I don't like it..

The hotel service is good. The staff is supportive. Also, the location is nearby 76 metro station...

When i booked, complimentary breakfast was included in the booking but the hotel management denied the breakfast and said that they have stopped giving the same as the kitchen is not run by them so i had to go out and have breakfast everyday now my plea is that you should compensate me for the same as it was quite an inconvenience the hotel was not clean at all, the house keeping did not do any room cleaning during 4 days despite telling them and handing over the key while going out which was quite disappointing. I have not taken any images

In the ticket breakfast included but property refused. Cleaning issues. Towel provided only one but room was booked for double occupancy. Now i left the hotel. But it was unbelievable for us. Make my tip have also ties with such a bad hotels.

Bad i felt sorry for my booking, cleaness and hygiene issues :

Rooms were small as compared to those showed in the picture. Service was okay. Food was not available.

Room was okay. Breakfast was not available. And room were small as compared to what was shown in the pictures.

Dirty rooms, geyser not working. No attendent. Had a very bad experience, make my trip should not have such places on their booking list

It was the worst ever experience. . The moment he opened the room to show me, the mouse hopped the bed & there was a window that was open towards outside. They were not ready to cancel so i had to stay there but it couldn’t have been pathetic.

I booked room with breakfast inclusive but hotel refused breakfast stating pentary not working. Mm t did not refund the amount paid for breakfast. Had not so good experience with mm t and this hotel

Stay was terrible and pathetic. Never had such type of experience. Bathroom was not clean, power was not there most of the time, mattress was not clean

Demanded extra money extremely rude staff overall bad experience

The room was stinking. There was lot of noise during night that couldn’t let you sleep. They don’t have kitchen so you need to be dependent on swiggy/zomato.

It is much more than what is visible as in the picture so, is the same to same. I liked this hotel at this price. If we talk about service after that, then the service was also very good because the staff was very good and if you talk about the location then it is also a very good location, room decoration, bathroom all very good. Talk about property is a very good property.

First the people at reception are not well behaved. The hotel was at isolated location. The environment all around was terrible to look. Room bedsheet and pillow getting smoked smell of cigarettes. Stay away.

Overall good stay for one day

Please kindly do not stay here with your spouse or family unless your fuzzy free! Foreigners are not allowed. Food are like for beggars! Horrible service, no professionalism. Worst area only for locals I believe. Room, bedsheets, toilet not washed. Stained sheets and sticky floors! No more OYO hotels.
