Stay is ok, if room heater included that would be better and bathroom maintenance could have been more hygiene

First of all a big confusion regarding the Hotel Name. Hotel is at prime location, spacious but with lack of maintenance. Damp walls, damaged furnitures and amenities.

Stay is located at the Center of city. There is no lift facility, so needs to be considered if taking senior people. Rooms are spacious, however not of great looks.

Bed sheet had stains and room was smelling a lot of humidity dim lights and it seemed that we were given that room as we booked

Room was good but during monsoons the room & bed will be wet smell and cold.....if improved this everything else is good....

no room service available all old furniture not clean very very dark environment in full hotel never recommended to anyone.main door lock jamed bathroom was bad n lock of bathroom was bad. no hot water . it was like horror flim hotel

In most of the reviews they have rated average and bad, but for our family totally satisfied with bed, house keeping,hot water etc., we feel pleasent for those days we stayed especially receptionist jeevan is fantastic in taking care of the guest, i will give 5 star rating.

Pathetic experience

very bad hotel , no basic amenities. I had paid, more than 4 thousand extra for Breakfast for 4 rooms and more than 1 thousand extra for 2 rooms . the service which was not available in the hotel , you charged me for that , and refund I received only 1080 , how can it be ? I need to know the logic behind it . My refund amount as per hotel record and my payment to Make my trip for breakfast.

Bathrooms not good cleaning is poor

The most important location it's d heart of medikeri. Highly recommend. Big rooms and all facilities. No drawbacks

The hotel has its old name. Found it difficult at first to find the hotel. Initial contacting was poor from their side.

we need to request all things , not properly providing all things even also a towel , and cleaning is also minimal , this like a 4class lodge only

Place was good and well maintained. Support was good. Had all the mentioned facilities. Near to city.

Ac remote is not available after complaining no response. And television is not working. There is no more room cleaning services
