The washroom was not clean. Even breakfast was included but we did not receive it. Towels were not clean

Very very poor service because toilet room in side flashing and hot water not working and Tv and Wi-Fi not working and over all service is very poor and my camp alimentary breakfast not providing.

We booked the room to watch cricket semi final. But the TV was not working. The Wi-Fi connection was also really poor to watch it on our laptops. The receptionist did not inform us about this unless asked. The room was very spacious but these amenities disappointed us. Suggesting the stay owner to mention that the TV and Wi-Fi are not working so that it’d be easy for the customers to choose the stays suitable for them! Overall a very disappointing experience!!

Finding the hotel was easy but the staff there is not at all friendly! No bottled water in the room and I had to ask them repeatedly to provide the water bottle, and i had booked my stay with breakfast but unfortunately there was no breakfast provided and when asked at the reception they told they dont provide breakfast! I recommend do not book this hotel, simply waste of money

I stayed for 2 days for business work in hotel. Best part of hotel was all rooms were non smoking, which helps a lot. Location was 5 star.

Worst experience we ever had. There were no basic amenities in the room . We found some used water bottles left in room when checked in. Washroom was not properly cleaned. Only thing is you will go and sleep inside a well decorated room. No tea coffee makers. No dental, shaving kit. We even didn't receive the bill after check out. Person at the reception should be well trained.
