Denied check in. Pathetic and 3rd class. Manager dead drunk. Horrible experience. No response from anyone.

Everything was very good just the location was a bit confusing as there was no signage or banner outside the hotel but apart from that everything was good receptionist behaviour very good and courteous had a good experience there.

The A/c wasn’t working properly. Room service wasn’t at point. Asked to change the room but no action was taken. People kept knocking at the door. Was scared if something would happen. One the staff kept knocking on the door and was taking back when said to go way.

Property was ok but the hotel door used to get closed at 11 which was something new for me. Need to maintain the washrooms
