staff behavior was good polite and kind. but geyser was not working. the service was excellent room was decent

Hotel location is very pathetic. Rooms are small. There are cockroaches on the bed. Terribly dirty pillows bed sheets and towels. Overall very disappointed.

Stayed near the Western Gate of Shri Jagannath Temple, just a short walk away! Car parking was available at an extra cost, about 200m from the hotel. The room was on the 3rd floor, but unfortunately, there's no lift, which might be a challenge for elderly guests. Despite that, the rooms were decent and clean. The in-house restaurant was a plus! Would recommend for its location and amenities.

Everyone was courteous, helpful, and made us feel truly comfortable. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was also very well-maintained — hygienic, modern, and fully equipped. The entire place felt fresh and organized. What truly impressed us was how they maintained such high-quality service at a very reasonable and budget-friendly rate. Clean room, bathroom properly clean and maintain

wasn't a good, service they asked for extra money for 2 hr early check in, + as show no brk fast available+ not a decent stay, location is fine as it's near to temple, the name of hotel is also different then displayed I haven't got refund of brkfst

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near and walking distance to the Jaganath Temple. The staff services are excellent and they were very attentive. There is no lift in the hotel. If you are someone who has problems taking stairs, it is better to contact the hotel before booking this hotel.

They denied a room to my senior citizen parents despite the booking at 11 in the night. The receptionist was drunk and was forcing my parents to go to 3rd floor without lift despite rooms being available on ground floor

Location is not upto the mark. It far away from the main area. Amenities are good but service is bad in terms of attending staff and regular cleaning. There is no food facility. It can be ordered from outside attached to this hotel.

Stayed briefly, and the room was neat. The staff ensured everything was in place.
