poor stay. service was poor as hotel staff was not aware that I booked hotel with breakfast & end of the day I checked out without breakfast & tea. hotel room with this price was still in good condition.

The booking process is very smooth n very easy... all the details provided are real and genuine. The service provided by the hotel staff is satisfactory but can be improved.

One of the worst experiences I have had in my entire life. The AC was not working — it was centrally controlled and not cooling properly. The pillows and blankets were dirty and had a bad smell. The staff was also very uncooperative and rude. Even though breakfast was supposed to be included, in the morning they claimed they did not provide breakfast.

Our stay at was fantastic! The rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and had comfortable beds. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Cockroaches on the bed, mattress and towels were not clean having hairs in it.

hotel is new.on the 4th floor of building they have a complete floor. rooms are spacious,windows are in room without any safety grill.good wifi network,has fridge too.they don't have restaurant so you can't get even a morning tea.price is more than justified.if you get in 1200-1500 per night it will be a ok deal,no complaints for room.they should provide manual locking bar inside the door.parking is enough in building.has generator backup also.good for business stay,i wouldn't recommend for family stay.

Hotel staffs were very courteous, they tried their best to fulfill our need during our stay in the hotel. Location of the hotel is very convenient and is very near to the farm house where we attended the wedding party. Thanks

We four ladies came to pune to attend a wedding ceremony and stayed in this hotel on 9 th and 19th dc 2024, stay was comfortable due to very courteous staff. They took care of our need and truly satisfied with their services. My best wishes to them.
