Super Collection O PNR COMFORT KHAIRATABAD

I have booked AC room but they said they dont have AC room, they said me to cancel from my side after check-in. I took non ac room There was no water heater or geyser facility Room was too hot

Booked 6 rooms for 17 people near the Hyderabad marathon start point. BIG issue tho - rooms weren't given on time. At first, they only gave us 2 rooms for 17 people! 😤 Guess they prioritized who were bookin' hourly stays. Had to follow up like crazy to get more rooms. Rest of the rooms came super late in the evening. AND some rooms' AC wasn't workin'. Water issues in the restrooms too sometimes. Management was pretty poor.

It's worst hotel. They asking for extra money while check in, if you are done booking, then they told we are not give this discount for booking. If you want room then you have to pay the extra money as twice the money as you pay. The room not worth more than 400 rs per room.

Location is good but room cleaning is very bad and they will not clean on daily basis. I was there around 3 days and even single day they cleaned my room. Also they have taken more money for early entry.

Good place to stay in when planning for a short trips or for shopping with family members or with friends.

Ventilation issue in hotel. Location difficult to find. Address not mentioned properly in the reservation slip.

Room was ok but bad sheets and blanket was not changed white blanket has many dirty spots. I stayed for not long so i didn't say to change but it was their responsibility before my check in badsheet and blanket should be changed it should be clean. Other things was ok. Thank you
