Receptionist behaviour is so rude. Hotel did not provide free complimentary breakfast as mentioned while booking on MMT

Room & Room cleaning was well maintained, toiletries were good quality & Location near by main road But the mirror was missing in the room

Bed sheets and pillow covers are not clean Guesser not working properly Rooms had faul smells Poor WiFi

The stay experience was extremely disappointing. I have never come across such an unhygienic room and bathroom. The AC was making loud noises, making it difficult to sleep, and the room had a very bad odor. Housekeeping was not done properly. On top of that, as mentioned, there was no proper internet, no water supply, and no water heater. Overall, the stay caused us a lot of inconvenience and discomfort. Please avoid suggesting such rooms in the future.

One of the most worse hotels ever. Soo many issues in the hotel room. Paan spits in the wall, apart from the cleaning staff every staff was rude when talking including the receptionist. Not at all recommended to go. Regret taking the hotel

Not recommended! reception and hotel staffs not helpful, having attitude, rooms are disaster, linen, duvet were used of previous guests. Toilet was very dirty, not good for family. Hotel and room photos are fake, rooms with spider net, vey service is bad, pols avoid this hotel.

It's good and joy experience which i have spend in this hotel with neat and clean rooms, with wifi, ac all things are good. Good polite staff is too good

Good ambiance and nice stay, there are some defects like leaking water from ac, apart of that everything is good, and staff also responding very quickly. I don't know why some reviews are terrible, actually it's a good stay for that price.

I had booked two rooms. In 1 room the ac was not working and the other room water was leaking from ac. The rooms looked unhygienic and there were cockroaches in the room. I was not expecting such stay.. I want the support executive to connect with me and provide the resolution in my favour asap.
